Extremely clean , very nice staff ,Ms Margaret helped us Lot . She is alway and she is always willing to help. She is very patient and find very nice solutions. You can ask her questions if you doubt anything or if you need anything. We asked them to change our room and they did it without asking questions. All the staff are there to help you . There is a gentleman at the breakfast that he even explains the food choices and he is always smiling . Very nice person and also very helpful all the time. He explains about different choices and he is there always to help . Ms Amina who is responsible for rooms is also willing to help you anytime ! In general we were extremely happy from our stay in Eland hotel and we recommend the place . For very reasonable price you will have a very nice experience

Älteres, aber teilweise renoviertes Hotel mit tansanischem Mittelklassestandart. Z.Z. Renovierung der oberen Stockwerke. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen an Durchgangsstraße mit bewachtem Parkplatz. Kleine Einkäufe bei Tankstelle nebenan.

This hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for. The reception was friendly, but they are slow with any requests. You enter your room and are given two towels total. This would be fine, except for the fact that there is no seal on the shower and the whole bathroom will flood upon use; hence the need for a couple extra towels. The noise from the street at night was almost unbearable. The restaurant was poor. Good quality was bad and it took over an hour to get a meal. Also, the beds were hard as rock. I would not stay here again!

The location of the hotel is near town, very nice services eapecialy the heavy breakfast. Very nice reataurant and bar with nice beverages, i enjoyed mostly the comfortability of the bed and nice views from my room.
