The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

Staff is extremely friendly, rooms were clean. Location is far outside of Arusha and breakfast is very disappointing.

The entire resort style is like a kindergarten full of natural fun. The girl at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. It felt good to stay temporarily for one night.

Beautiful family place especially if you have children they will have unforgettable memories. I was there with my daughter for 2 days and we loved it from the rooms, the food the playground the pool it was a fantastic stay. Can't wait for the next time we have a getaway with the cousins, nephews and nieces Fun Retreat Resort will be no 1 choice!

Room was dated and tiny. The hotel added a single bed to a room that originally had a double bed so there was hardly any space to walk around/put baggage. Bathroom shower was strong, but limited counter space. Did not use the water park. Breakfast was fine and complimentary.
