My stay was cut short because apparently my room was booked by a foreigner and that I should move into less pleasant rooms. Bed Sheets and Towels are never, or are infrequently, changed. Room services is not available, but I think this depends on whether one is a foreigner not.

Hotel with terrible cleanliness. When we arrived there was a slug in the shower… The one who runs the hotel is a rude and dry lady, it seems like she does you a favor every time she talks to you. Very expensive drinks and food. The only good thing about the hotel is the bar terrace and that they take good care of the cats they have as pets.

Avoid this place at any cost! We stayed in the Boulevard Inn for more than two weeks with my girlfriend. Yesterday, I left the hotel but my girlfriend was still staying there. In the night the manager of this place, whose name is Emin Korcelik, knocked on my girlfriend's door and tried to come into her room, grabbing her hand and pushing her into the room! Although she closed and locked the door immediately, he kept on knocking on her door and forcing his way to come in for more than half an hour. One can only imagine the terror she had gone through. The business of a hotel is to provide safe and comfortable accommodation to its customers. What kind of hospitality service are you providing by harassing them and trying to go into their rooms in the middle of the night?! The worst thing is that Emin Korcelik is the manager/owner of this hotel, not an ordinary staff. Absolutely disgusting!

Hall and exterior of the hotel well appointed, on the other hand, room almost devoid of decoration and without charm with a view of the rear of the building and the clothesline. Bathroom also ordinary. On the other hand, nice beer garden, with a view of Mount Meru, which makes the place charming. Another positive point: the calm a few hundred meters from the excitement of the center of Arusha. Value for money ok.
