This hotel is a SCAM. I operate the Kilitouch restaurant across the street. A French family came to us for lunch . They were very disappointed because when they checked in the front desk woman did not accepted their online booking and payment they had a full official receipt from one of the booking engines. They even threatened them that if they don't pay, they will create problems for them. These poor tourist had to catch a flight and under the time pressure, they pay again in cash. They issued them a very ridiculous hand written receipt. (see i attached) This receipt is illegal and indicate s a tax evasion. i tried twice to talk to the manager of this lodge, but I was refused. Tourism is our important business and should not be jeopardized by some scruples people. I have no other choice than to report this to the Tax authorities and the Ministry of Tourism of Tanzania.

I have no idea how this place is rate as 4 point star. Its all bu***** the you could literally tell its all their friends or tour guide. They no wifi, window stiff, key not working, hall way light turns off out so often
