Welcomed Like Family
Arrived at the Bright Star after 24 hours of travel. Felt welcomed like a member of the family. The hotel was clean, room furnishings were basic, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water and the wi-fi was excellent. The staff were very nice and full breakfast very good. Veronica the manager responded to my pre-arrival inquiries quickly and was very attentive. The hotel was several kilometers from the city center, a short walk of the main street and, as a result, much quieter than downtown Arusha. I loved the feel of the place. This is an excellent budget option and overall excellent place to stay.

Perfect place
Veronica the manager arranged for an airport transfer for us. The driver waited for us right at the door of the airport.
At the hotel Veronica greeted us and in 5 mins we were in our rooms. It has a very comfy brd and A/C, overall pleasant experience. The breskfast is also tasty (from locsl goods) and more than enough to start the day. Absolutely recommended!

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et serviable. Par contre, l’emplacement est atroce. C’est dans un quartier dangereux (nous ne pouvions sortir le soir), très bruyant (appel de la prière jusqu’à 23h et des 4h am, combats de chiens, des meuglements de vaches et des cris de coq) alors impossible de dormir. Nous avions 2 nuits à cet hôtel et nous avons préféré repayer un autre hôtel que de faire 2 nuits là-bas.
