酒店環境很好，距離機場50分鐘車程，有點遠，服務很好，給我房間打算衞生的Alex 好評 。
缺點是設施太差了。既然水龍頭裡的水不可以刷牙和引用，那麼給房間提供兩瓶礦泉水不可以麼？吹風機時好時壞，爛得不行。也沒有電熱水壺。期待改進

Beautiful getaway located in Kilimanjaro. The staff was exemplary in their attentiveness. The room was absolutely gorgeous. It’s private and each room is quite tucked away. Food was amazing. I can highly recommend the resort.

Hard to describe how wonderful it was. Beautiful grounds, incredibly kind, knowledgeable, helpful staff, *excellent* food and drinks, beautiful rooms with sounds of the river coming in through the windows. Perfect place to start our safari.

Stayed only one night to recharge after a long flight before our safari. We would happily have stayed longer! We were welcomed with hot towels and a thirst-quenching drink before being shown to our garden room. This was plenty big enough for us with a large king-size bed plus a single, both with mosquito nets, and a large bathroom with 2 basins and separate bath/shower. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery, a riverside walk and Colobus monkeys. The pool is nice to relax by, if a little cold for swimming. The food was delicious! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast. Highlights were the beef samosas, lamb pilau and chicken curry. Emmanuel and Nelson looked after us well in the restaurant.

We stayed here for 2 nights - 1 night before and 1 night after our safari in the Serengeti. We had 2 interconnected rooms in 1 cottage, rooms 18 and 19. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautifully decorated and each bed had mosquito nets. There were a few ants in the bathroom but other than that, everything was great. The meals - B,L and D were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were wonderfully crafted. Special thank you to Nelson, our server. He was fantastic, friendly and we enjoyed him as our server. We went on a Riverwalk walk with a guide along the Usa River and saw many monkeys and learned about the native plants, gardens and fauna. Beautiful!

From the moment we arrived at Rivertrees, we were blown away by their hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and gave us a true sense of relaxation. The food was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was when the staff surprised my wife with a birthday cake. This was an incredibly kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Rivertrees exceeded our expectations. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and already excited to return. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were only here for one night, after having traveled for 25 hours to Tanzania from the United States. But oh what a lovely night it was. The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, the cottage that we stayed in was perfect. Then we were off on our Safari so there’s not much else I can say is by way of review. They have a lovely walking path along the river, a gift shop, a pool, would’ve liked to spend a couple nights there, but that’s not the way our itinerary worked out. The only thing I can say is that it was kind of weird to be in such a luxurious beautiful place when just outside the gates, there is abject poverty. We can only hope that some of the profits go to help the people outside the gates.
