We stayed at Olerai Lodge the first night we arrived at Arusha, before starting a Safari in Tarangire the next day. It was a wonderful choice. We arrived at the Lodge at 11h30 pm and all the staff were waiting for us to welcome us and to serve us a fantastic dinner. After a long airplane journey, we couldn’t ask for more. The room was very beautiful and very comfortable. We were just sad for having to leave early in the morning. We strongly recommend this lodge.

From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. Very friendly, clean and beautifully presented. Food was amazing. While family loved the pumpkin soup! Steak was very tender and full of flavour. We are upset we are only staying the night. We would definitely come back!

As we kicked off our honeymoon safari in Tanzania, Olerai Lodge set the tone for what would be an incredible trip. Coming from New York City, we have high expectations when it comes to service, cleanliness, and comfort, and Olerai Lodge delivered on all fronts. Hossana and her wonderful team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attentiveness, and attention to detail were second to none. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with large, comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but it was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Olerai Lodge was the perfect place to unwind and prepare for the adventures ahead. The entire team made us feel cared for, and we were genuinely sad to leave such a warm and welcoming space.

Un très bel hotel sorti de nulle part au bout d’un chemin chaotique. Très belles chambres et salles de bain. Excellente cuisine et petit déjeuner. Les villas très bien équipées baignent dans un parc verdoyant et calme seulement troublé par les babouins.

L'endroit est splendide, petits cabanons luxueux aux milieu d'une nature riche, les lits, salles de bains sont très très bien, la nourriture très bonne et le personnel adorable, sourires chaleureux et francs. Magnifique séjour, merci :)

Kind staff, very spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent shower, and amazing food. It took almost an hour to get drinks by the pool, but apart from that, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it for a short stay. It's an oasis of calm.

Our stay at Olerai Lodge was incredible, but the highlight was undoubtedly the chef and the insanely good food. Every meal was a masterpiece, from fresh, locally sourced ingredients to perfectly balanced flavors. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better.

The Olerai lodge was the perfect ending to our Safari trip in Tanzania. The pool is refreshing and cleaned frequently, it’s the perfect place to relax. The rooms are spectacularly beautiful and comfortable and have nice big windows, mosquito nets and there is also a service to spray the room. There is lots of places where you can relax in the shade of the grass roofs. The design is stunning. The staff is super friendly and helpful and nice! Everything was great!
