Great customer service. All staff were friendly and very responsive. Food was good. Ebenezer was very helpful during my stay and went over and above to ensure that I had all the necessary information and provided services to make my stay comfortable especially after my luggage was lost in transit.

Perfect stay at the Masailand safari lodge ! Peaceful place, nice for relaxing. Beautiful garden, room with stay and nice pool And really good food for dinner and breakfast Staff was really helpful and kind And special mention for Ebenezer :) I recommend!

Very nice place, huge rooms and very kind staff. Special thank to Damas who was super nice with us. Stayed one night before our safari trip , we were pleased to rest there after our journey from Geneva. Nice pool and sunset with the Kilimanjaro beer.

best place ever the staff are amazing the place is very nice and comfort with amazing pool i had a good rest the place is quite the jaccuziii is very amazing i lived my stay every bit i would recommend and i would go back for sure best lodge in arusha

Tout est incroyable ! le decors, les repas, les chambre… mais mention speciale pour le personnel qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable !!!! surtout james!! très à l’ecoute et toujours prêt à aider!!! après 15h de vol c’est parfait merci beaucoup

We went for Sfari and hotel was very good. All staff was polite and very helpful. We felt safe all time and enjoy our stay. Food for diner and lunch was tasty. Even for our kids. Breakfast was fresh omelete and freh fruits. Kids loved the pool and there were not many moscidos.

The welcome was good. Rooms are big, but the matrass should be changed and the water should be hot. We took always cold shower for 2 days. Breakfast is not very good - fruit is not fresh and there is a few option. Dinners ok, better "a la carte" then the buffet. Overall, not more then 3/5.
