Masailand Safari Lodge

The welcome was good. Rooms are big, but the matrass should be changed and the water should be hot. We took always cold shower for 2 days. Breakfast is not very good - fruit is not fresh and there is a few option. Dinners ok, better "a la carte" then the buffet. Overall, not more then 3/5.

Great location, lovely food, superb staff and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The location is lovely and secluded, the staff were so nice and attentive, tending to all or needs. Sunsets here were fab too down by the pool, with a beer.

We were there in July 2024 and we had room ZS1. When we arrived the hotel seemed extraordinary. The lobby is large and exudes luxury. Check-in was smooth and it was only afterwards that we were disappointed. As for the room, at first glance the room is very beautiful. But when you look more closely you realize that unfortunately it seems that the maintenance has not been done for a long time. We saw holes in the walls, broken faucets, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, etc. The bed was very uncomfortable (too soft). The television is a joke with three snowy stations that are impossible to listen to. In short, it is only beautiful in appearance. There is a swimming pool at the hotel but the water was stagnant and very dirty so it was impossible to swim in it. There were empty fountains in disrepair. It seems like this hotel used to be a really great place but is now pretty much abandoned. In fact there were four of us in our group and we didn't meet anyone else during our stay. The restaurant has a limited menu but at least it was good. Finally the worst part is the wifi. We were given a code when we checked in to use the wifi but we had to go back to the lobby about ten times in less than 24 hours because the code we had stopped working and we couldn't get a new code by calling the lobby. And even when it did work it was slow and spotty. In summary, it was most certainly a nice place in the past but now it is a place to avoid at all costs.

Stayed here for a night and everyone was very nice that worked here. Unfortunately it’s very run down. Our room was missing a toilet seat, the bathroom door didn’t close and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool tiles were falling off and light fixtures were missing. It was fine for a night but not very nice facilities, would not recommend.

It is very good place to stay. Good services, respectful staff, good food with the very cool place. In term of rooms are very comfortable, safe having a good setting. Generally, I served with super services for five days of staying. Thanks in advance.
