Great place to stay in Arrecife.

Fantastic stay, clean big rooms, nice size bath tub, hotel staff don't speak much English or maybe it was just because of the Scottish accent, but you get by using translate, close to the bus link to Puerto del Carmen, excursion centre nearby and supermarkets nearby all in a great place to stay

We had a good stay thanks to the location of the hotel and the quality of the services whether it be in terms of bedding, food and cleanliness. I highly recommend

Good, neat and clean hotel. Unfortunately there is no free parking at the hotel.

The length was very good, but unfortunately the hotel staff were very complicated. I had to show my ID several times. 

Very comfortable and clean renovated hotel. Very friendly staff. Perfect location with the beach in front. All perfect. Highly recommended. It has a rooftop pool with nice views.

I didn't like that 1 week before we called and went to ask if they could change the room for one with a view of the beach and they told us that they would do it the same day we entered and then that day they had no room available and I booked there just because to have a room with a view of the beach for a birthday surprise that I wanted to do. I thought it was very bad of him.
