The breakfast is super delicious!!!
The room is big!!! The floor is high!!!
The front desk is very handsome!!! The smile is super charming, who knows, I feel like I can become an actor
I still miss the hotel breakfast after returning to China for two months
When you check in, there will be a private butler to help explain which switches in the room are responsible for what
The facilities are very good!!!
It's a pity that the itinerary was too full and I didn't have time to experience the spa. I will stay here again next time I come to Koh Lan!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views, clean and complete with everything.
Our mini bar was empty but there were 2 bottles of water in the room which we really appreciated.

Sono stata in questo hotel per solo una notte con un’amica e abbiamo scelto una stanza con vista oceano. Il servizio è stato impeccabile ! Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Ci è davvero dispiaciuto aver passato solo una notte, non volevamo più partire !

Where do is start @ check-in was ok ISH but lots of new staff not knowing what they are doing Checked in room unpacked and realised the room had a double bed instead of a twin room which they state are twin rooms after a while this got resolved after much messing about by staff then the drilling & banging started for next 3 days from 9 am til 5.30 no chance bof a lay in during which there was a leak that started @ 3 am with sound of running water for next 18 hours so no sleep that night they eventually fixed this issue then our room never got made 2/3 days running again I had to sort this out with mostly new staff with exception of 1 or 2 experienced staff members who are good and resolved this issue again at breakfast was a joke several food stations were empty and not being refilled miserable staff I complained and it was improved on my last day a vit. I constantly come into a warm room where maid left curtains open and air con. GRAN HOTEL GET Experienced staff in who know how to run things properly ive been a guest at the hotel for 25 years and this is my worst stay here please please sort it out I'm unsure if I will stay here again
