Wunderbare Lage, herrliches Zimmer (Junior Suite) mit bequemer und moderner Einrichtung, sehr sauber, super Service. Wegen Regenwetter haben wir relativ mehr Zeit im Zimmer verbraucht, konnten dadurch den Komfort voll geniessen.

Amazing experience; the room, the service, the restaurant ( both breakfast and dinner), the pool, the activities organized by the hotel and the location. Tons of things to do in the area. Feels very high end without any of the (luxury) fuss.

albergo veramente bello! camere grandi, pulite e nuove.
Colazione ottima. mancano solo delle centrifughe di verdura e frutta fresca e anche dei pankeke che in un albergo cosi dovrebbero esserci.
comodissimo il negozio di sport al pian terreno.
spa molto bella. manca solo una vasca idromassaggio all' esterno della piscina. infatti era nella piscina e perciò risultava un po' freddo fare l' idromassaggio.
unico neo negativo. un ragazzo alla reception molto maleducato. per fortuna Vivian un' altra ragazza alla reception gentilissima ha messo a posto alcuni problemi che avevamo avuto con gli armadietti degli sci .
comunque solitamente non torno mai nello stesso albergo, ma qua tornerò sicuramente!

We stayed for a long weekend in a premium double room which was excellent. Even though we were on the 1st floor and overlooking the road the room was silent and the bed very comfortable (especially the pillows). The spa is great - two large saunas and one steam room. The staff were fabulous from start to finish, esp the front desk who made every effort to ensure my wife’s spa appointment was made possible after a mix up with the times. We opted for the “dine around” half board option which was definitely worth doing. The highlight was going up to the hotel’s Alpenblick restaurant on the mountain for dinner. We were met at the base of the mountain by the restaurant’s snow mobile and were whisked up to the warm and cosy lodge where we had the most amazing meal by the log fire. The staff in the Alpenblick were as great as the food and it was by far the most enjoyable meal of the 3 nights. At the end of the meal you are taken back down to the bottom of the slope and were met by the Valsana’s driver to go back to the hotel. We took our meal for the 2nd night in the main restaurant of the Valsana’s (very grown up) sister hotel the Tschuggen Grand. 5 courses were included in the HB option and whilst it was a delicious meal we felt it all to be slightly OTT (jackets and chinos are the order of the day which seems a bit much in a ski resort). For the final night we ate in the Valsana, where sadly we felt the menu to be a bit confused. Nothing really stood out but that might be because we’re predominantly meat eaters rather than vegetarians. Finally as others have said we found the CHF6 charge for a bottle of tap water was a bit much - please stop it! In summary though I’d definitely go back to the Valsana’s, and I’d also highly recommend the Alpenblick experience.

Für eine kurze Auszeit wählte ich Arosa und dieses Hotel. Das Hotel liegt unweit des Bahnhofes und der Ortsmitte. 2 Bushaltestellen liegen fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und stilvoll mit hochwertigen Mobiliar ausgestattet. Der Spa Bereich ist zwar nicht sehr gross, aber ausreichend um sich zu entspannen. Auch hier war alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Frisches Obst, Tee und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Premium Doppelzimmer war gross und man hatte einen tollen Blick auf Arosa und die Berge. Gratis Kaffee und alkoholfreie Getränke gehörten dazu. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Eierspeisen konnte man a la Carte bestellen. Am Nachmittag konnte man in der Lounge bei Tee und Gebäck die Aussicht auf die Berge geniessen . Zusammengefasst war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, und man hat sich wohlgefühlt.

Wir genossen im Valsana Hotel Arosa unsere Weihnachtsferien. Bereits der Empfang war äussert freundlich. Diese Freundlichkeit erlebten wir bei der gesamten Belegschaft. Unsere gebuchte 3 ½ Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und für uns als dreiköpfige Familie mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche und separatem Wohnbereich perfekt. Der Balkon mit der Sicht auf die Berge rundete die Perfektion ab. Auch das Essen hoteleigenen Restaurant Twist war sehr fein. Der überschaubare Spa genossen wir vollen Zügen. Gerne kommen wir wieder ins Valsana Hotel Arosa zurück.

Ein echtes Juwel in Arosa
Man wird vom Chef begrüsst, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man bekommt hervorragende Negronis. Das Design ist modern, trotzdem heimelig. Viele kleine alpine Elemente. Alles ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich willkommen. Negativ war einzig, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci ans ganze Valsana-Team für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
