Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Essen sehr gut, sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel erfüllt alle Kriterien eines 4 Stern hauses und übertrifft die Erwartungen. Tolle Wellnessbereiche, schönes, grosses Fitness, gemütliche Lounge/Bar und sehr gutes Restaurant. Einfach immer wieder top!

An amazing experience at a fantastic hotel! The staff were all incredible, especially coping with a medical emergency i had upon arrival! Swift action, straight to medical centre and problem resolved! The rest of the week was a joy - amazing food in the restaurant, possibly the best spa we have ever attended, stunning views, piste & winter hiking trails access directly at the back of hotel. Professional, caring & super friendly staff interactions all week - from the restaurants, to desk staff, cleaning teams, everyone... A very family and yet high level care experience. We would love to return time and again - as the saying there goes - 'Once is not enough'. Thank you!!

Einfach ein Rundum-Sorglospaket für die ganze Familie. Wir lieben es und freuen uns ein ganzes Jahr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Waldhotel. Auch im Hallenbad wurde sogar an die kleinsten gedacht mit den Wasserspielen oder für die ganze Familie ein Saunaerleb nis zu nutzen ist alles nicht selbstverständlich. Wir lieben das Waldhotel. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und äusserst aufmerksam, von den einfachen Mitarbeitenden bis hoch zur Geschäftsleitung. Passt alles wunderbar. Ein Traum ist auch das neu eingerichtete Fitnesscenter im 4. Stock mit bombastischer Aussicht. Da hat es sogar uns gereizt, einwenig Fitness zu treiben und die nigelnagelneuen Geräte machen richtig Spass zum benützen.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl im Hotel, genoss den Spa Bereich und vor allem den Outdoorpool mit den Massagendüsen und - sitzen. Mit Blick in die Berge bei der Abendstimmung. Auf meine Allergien wurde eingegangen und die Allergiebettwäsche war angenehm und bequem. Der kurze Weg vom Skikeller auf die Piste ist ein grosser Vorteil, wir konnten z.B. über Mittag kurz zurück ins Hotel, als das Wetter nicht so gut war.

Wir haben das Paket 3Nächte/2Nächte bezahlen gebucht. Kurz vor unserer Anreise wurden aber unser Sohn krank und wir wussten nicht ob mitkommen kann. Wir wollten dann schon die Reise stornieren und haben mit dem Buchungsbüro kontakt aufgenommen. Herr Baron war aber sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns die Stornierung bis zum Anreisetag offen gelassen. Glücklicherweise war unser Sohn dann so fit das er die Reise doch antreten konnte und wir hatten 4 wundervolle Tage im Hotel und Arosa. Herzlichen Dank für das Entgegenkommen und immer wieder gerne!! Übrigens: Das Essen, der Wellnessbereich und das Personal waren wie immer Top!!

Fantastisches Hotel mit Super Wellnessbereich!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Joli hôtel mais pas au niveau
Hôtel superbe, bien placé et très bien aménagé dans les parties communes. Très bon petit déjeuner mais propreté à revoir et état de la salle de bain vraiment limité. Service moyen, loin du std d’un 4 étoiles. Ils font beaucoup de chichis mais n’ont pas « la base » (propreté et bon service, dont service de restauration)

Die Einrichtungen und auch die Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel und unserer Jungmannschaft, dass wir als Paar 25 Jahre zusammen sind, war eine sehr gelungene Überraschung. Weiter so.
