Fantastisches Hotel mit Super Wellnessbereich!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Joli hôtel mais pas au niveau
Hôtel superbe, bien placé et très bien aménagé dans les parties communes. Très bon petit déjeuner mais propreté à revoir et état de la salle de bain vraiment limité. Service moyen, loin du std d’un 4 étoiles. Ils font beaucoup de chichis mais n’ont pas « la base » (propreté et bon service, dont service de restauration)

Die Einrichtungen und auch die Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel und unserer Jungmannschaft, dass wir als Paar 25 Jahre zusammen sind, war eine sehr gelungene Überraschung. Weiter so.

Hallo Waldhotel - Team Danke für den wundervollen, angenehmen und gastfreundlichen Aufenthalt in der Weihnachtswoche 2024 Es war wie immer eine super schönes und unvergessliches Erlebnis für mich und meine beiden Mädels. (14 & 16 ) Wie schon bereits die letzten Jahre, mit mega leckerem Essen in einem Top Ambient und eine super freundlichen Team um Jens Fischer Vielen Dank und alles Gute im Jahr 2025. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Urlaub im Waldhotel.

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind Top. Super Betten richtig bequem da schläft mann wie auf Wolken. Das Essen ist vorzüglich mit viel Liebe und Kreativität zubereitet und von einem freundlichen Personal fachgerecht und freundlich Serviert. Dazu immer eine wunderbare Wein Empfehlung um das ganze Abzurunden. In der Wellness Oase kann mann sich völlig entspannen.

Erholung pur und top Essen. Wir waren das erste mal überhaupt in Arosa und im Waldhotel. Ein überaus Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Team erlebten wir die Tag. Besonders erwähnen ist Rajmond im Service. Seine Freude und Leidenschaft zu seinem Job wie auch zum Gast war top. Doch auch die anderen Mitarbeiter liessen einem das Gefühl von Herzlich willkommen zu sein. Die Küche zauberte Tag für Tag ein Gedicht auf die Teller. Die Wellness-Anlage ist auch super. Nicht Zuviel aber auch nicht zu wenig. Wir können dieses Hotel mit dem ganzen Team jederzeit empfehlen.

Great check-in. Lovely delicious dinner. But the pillows and beds were totally subpar. When asked for fresh pillows, they brought the same style.. Unacceptable. Had to ask for better pillows. Expected better from the reviews. Not worth it.
