Le Kulm Hôtel & Alpin Spa de la ville d’Arosa est un havre de paix et de beauté en haut des massifs Alpins Suisse. Situé dans le canton du grison, cet Hôtel sous l’enseigne relais château est idéalement situé au pied des pistes d’un domaine skiable très étendu (155Km de piste) pour tous les niveaux et offrant un panorama fabuleux sur les massifs aux alentours. Au dela des nombreuses activités sportives qui entourent cet établissement, nous avons été séduit par les détails et plaisirs que nous avons eu la chance d’expérimenter, comme : Les prestations de la chambre, la décoration faite avec beaucoup de gout avec des matériaux nobles La vue epoustouflante du balcon sur les monts enneigé Le Spa et son incroyable vu panoramique sur ces montagnes blanches que les skieurs de l’extrème n’ont pas manqué de tracer leurs exploits sur les pentes vertigineuses Les salons meublés de fauteuil et sofa très cosi, autour d’une cheminée offrant une ambiance chaleureuse de montagne L’offre de restauration permettant de changer d’univers gustatif sans modération Le Kulm Hôtel a été pour nous le coup de cœur de cette région de la suisse proche des frontières italiennes ou le dépaysement est total et ou le personnel est au petit soin avec sa clientèle.

Herzlicher Empfang auch als nicht Hotelgäste! Hervorragender aufmerksamer Service. Beste Wein- und Speisenqualität! Mehr als empfehlenswert im Gegensatz zum Waldhotel in Arosa. Alles erlebt am gleichen Tag in Arosa! Schade für Arosa solche Unterschiede erleben zu müssen.

Stayed as a couple for a long weekend. Great location - 2 minute walk to the ski lift or bus stop to Hornli outside. Virtually ski-in. Inner Arosa is the quieter area of Arosa but more picturesque. Very friendly staff at checkin who handled the collection of ski passes. Great breakfast selection - although speed of service could be improved: took an awfully long time to get coffee some mornings! Excellent spacious room with wonderful views across the valley. Spa and pool complex is fantastic - could nudge the jacuzzi temperature up a couple of notches I think. Overall we would highly recommend the hotel- but note, it’s not cheap - this is Switzerland after all. Closing in April 25 for a 3-4 year complete refurbishment: result should be very impressive. Highly recommend Arosa as a long weekend destination too - and a whole week if you are willing to travel over to Lenzerheim. Excellent snow throughout. I’m sure there is space for a couple more runs if they can get the necessary permissions.

Das Hotel Kulm hat klasse und Charme von ein der Begrüssung an der Rezeption angefangen bis zum reichhaltigen Frühstück war alles wunderbar und man kann sich nur beklagen, dass der Aufenthalt schon zu Ende war. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Das Kulmhotel in Arosa ist eine Institution. In bester Lage in Innerarosa gelegen bietet das Hotel einen einzigartigen Ausblick in die Arosaner Bergwelt. Generationen von Wintersportlern haben in dem 5-Sterne-Haus logiert und von hier aus ihre Skitouren begonnen. Gleich gegenüber liegt die berühmte Arosaner Skischule. Bereits vor vielen Jahren haben hier meine Kinder - wie zahlreiche Generationen vor ihnen - das Skifahren gelernt. Ende März 2025 wird das Kulmhotel für 3 Jahre seine Tore schließen; es wird sehr aufwendig um- und ausgebaut. Wir zählten im Januar 2025 zu den letzten Gästen vor dem großen Umbau und haben einen sehr ausgezeichneten Service erlebt, der in Arosa seinesgleichen sucht. Es bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass wir möglichst viele von den stets freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitern wiedersehen werden. Dieses Personal - an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und in den Restaurants, vom Housekeeping usw. - war und ist die größte Ressource des Hotels.

Das Kulm Hotel in Arosa ist einmalig. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kulinarik lässt keine Wünsche offen, ebenso der Schwimmbad- und Wellnessbereich. Jeder kommt in diesem tollen Hotel auf seine Kosten. Ebenfalls sehr schön ist es, dass die Skischule nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist und eine Abfahrt direkt am Hotel endet, gerade mit Kindern sehr erleichternd. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde uns jederzeit super geholfen, der Service im gesamten Hotel war spitzenmäßig. Sehr erholt und entspannt sind wir nach Hause gefahren und kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing location, views, service, food and vibe. Rooms a little dated (but very well maintained). Rooms appear to be part of the refurb plan though. The staff couldn’t do enough and were a real stand out. Having four separate restaurants was great and all were very good. Breakfast was great but service a little more chaotic than expected for coffee etc. Offering was very good though. Location was perfect, very easy for train station - hotel arranged collection. Spa treatment was excellent, spa itself lovely. Pool nice but a little cold and jacuzzi could definitely be warmer.
