Ein ganz beeindruckendes Erlebnis. Der Service jedes Mitarbeiters war grossartig. Die Aussicht einmalig, das Essen ein Genuss, die Möglichkeiten unübertrefflich und der Spa ein Highlight. Ich komme wieder um zu geniessen und zu entspannen.

It was our first time in the Tschuggen Hotel. This was by far our best ski hotel we ever visited. Breakfast was top, Restaurant " La Brezza" was outstanding, but also the the Grand Restaurant was a very good experience. The spa accomodation, the private ski lift, the swimming pool, the staff in the hotel..... 5 stars worth on every level. Many thanks for your hospitality. After our wonderful stay in Arosa we have decided to visit also your hotel Eden Roc in Ascona this summer.

Absolutely great hotel, with the classiest and most polite and warming staff you will find in this region. The hotel has a unique feature, that differs it from others - a private Tschuggen express, which will take you to the slopes straight from the hotel door.

Wunderbarer Kurztrip zum Geburtstag meiner Partnerin. Von Anreise bis Abreise hatten wir eine super Zeit. Das Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Ein phänomenales Dinner im Hauptrestaurant mit tollem Wein. Das Bar Team dank dem Barchef auf höchstem Niveau. Der Spa ein wirkliches Highlight und natürlich nicht zu vergessen die direkte Anbindung an die Pisten. Wir kommen wieder. Danke an das gesamte Tschuggen Arosa Team☀️☀️☀️☀️

The best service hotel in the Alps. The attention to detail and cleanliness is unmatched. The concierge team, F&B and housekeeping are all some of the best in the world. Super safe, friendly and easy for families. We return annually and it always exceeds expectations.

My family and I had a truly spectacular visit to Tschuggen Grand. The interior feels a bit outdated but the room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. And what really stands out is the service. EVERY staff member with whom we came in contact was outstanding. So courteous and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. A special shout out to a few team members: Maria who serviced our room was so kind and helpful. And Lucas from the kids club was so kind to both my children. They are already saying that they miss him. A small note that this was the cleanest kids club I've ever experienced in my life. And be sure to visit the pool and spa - both are so so good. The only dip in our experience was a dinner in the Basement - the Swiss restaurant. The service was lacking enthusiasm and several items we ordered came out incorrect and we had to send them back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Tschuggen. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay very pleasant. The spa area was fantastic and provided just the right relaxation after a long day. Highly recommended!
