Bereits zum zweiten mal hintereinander hat sich unsere Tochter nach dem Besuch in der Poolanlage eine Magendarm-Grippe mit starken Brechreiz eingefangen. Die Hygiene in der Anlage lässt zu wünschen übrig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Für Familien nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt besseres. Und wer keine Überraschung möchte, sollte die Poolanlage meiden.

Interessant, dass meine kritische Bewertung inzwischen wieder verschwunden ist - offenbar versucht hier der Hotelier/Inhaber [Herr B] schlechte Feedbacks zu unterdrücken. Dann also nochmals: wir haben mit unserer Familie 3 Zimmer gebucht, aber was sich der Hotelier an Benehmen erlaubt hat, wäre ein Lehrstück für den Kassensturz/versteckte Kamera. Kurzfassung: Wir haben höflich beim Check-out darauf hingewiesen, dass man uns im Restaurant zu viel verrechnet hat - das Halbpensionsmenü war teurer als die Gänge einzeln à la Carte zu bestellen (???), und das Menü wird dann auch noch lustigerweise mit dem Hinweise serviert, dass die Portionen trotz höherer Preise halt kleiner seien, da Halbpension... Als wir auf diese leichte Absurdität beim Checkout hingewiesen haben war die Reaktion seitens Blatter: solche Gäste wollen wir hier nicht. Ich würde eher sagen: solche Gastgeber braucht Arosa nicht.

Grossartiges Wellnessangebot mit mit sehr schönem Schwimmbad. Essen im Halbpensionpaket war hervorragend. Wir besuchen jedes Jahr Blatter's Arosa Hotel und sind immer wieder begeistert

Rundum fantastischer Service. Angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre in allen Bereichen des Hauses. Super Frühstücksbuffet und feine Küche am Abend. Schönes Schwimmbad und ein wunderbarer, neu gestalteter Whirlpool. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Blatters und sind wieder begeistert. Toll eingerichtet, super Service, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Freundlichkeit macht auch noch einen extra Punkt, man fühlt sich als Gast sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Eckzimmer war gross und wunderbar, die Betten super. Das ganze Hotel hat eine heimelige Ambiance, viele schöne Sitzecken mit speziellen Sesseln, schöne Dekos und überall Kerzen. Der Saal für das Frühstück ist grandios und das Buffet ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen wieder.

Eigentlich war alles grandios leider war aber das Hallenbad Wasser zu kalt, das Personal beim Früstück haben uns leider das falschegebracht weil sie es nicht verstanden haben. Ich fand aber sonst das hotel sehr schön Dekoriert.

Sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet in diesem wunderschönen Saal war sehr reichhaltig, schön präsentiert und schmeckte lecker. Ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Bedienung im Restaurant, beim Frühstück und am Empfang war zuvorkommend und freundlich - wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage, etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum aber dafür ruhig mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Im schön gestalteten Wellness-Bereich fühlten wir uns wohl, es war sehr sauber, genügend Tücher vorhanden und wir haben es genossen, dass man sich auf der Terrasse "abkühlen" kann.
