The room heater didn't work. I told the front desk twice on the day of arrival, but it still didn't work overnight. It didn't work until the morning when I reported it to the front desk again. During breakfast, I asked a Chinese-speaking Singaporean guest, who had the same heater problem last night. However, I was lucky. After reporting it to the front desk, I turned it on and off repeatedly and it started working.

The room is very clean. I stay in this hotel every time I come here. It is very close to the central train station and can be reached on foot without taking a taxi. It is also very convenient to eat and there are many choices.
