I booked the wrong information, it was recorded including my first name, I was refused access to the room I paid for!!!!

Abandoned hotel, non-contractual photos .... Waiting at reception, the corridor leading to the room the carpet is peeling off we almost fell, no air conditioning a simple fan, smell of mold in the room, the bathroom did not have a shower tray just a water drain like in hospitals in the middle of the bathroom which causes water on the carpet hence the smell of mold, no air conditioning not even in the breakfast room when the sign said air-conditioned hotel. Impossible to open the room because ground floor .... As we were very disappointed we left a day before, we reported our dissatisfaction to reception by asking for a refund of the last night the management had to call back we are still waiting .... Really very unhappy and we do not recommend

Old hotel with a floor made of a patchwork of carpets stacked on top of each other. Only one socket in the room but used by the fan because the air conditioning doesn't work. So it's impossible to charge your phone. 18 euros for a very limited breakfast. The smell of filthy pipes in the bathroom and the shower doors don't close. The owner is nice. 120 euros per night and 3 stars is way too much for this establishment.

Positivo: El precio, el parquing, cama còmoda, silencioso Negativo: no hay ascensor, cortina en la ducha. Habitacion pequeña Recomendable por el precio, ir al centro de Arles es fácil y hay bastante aparcamiento público. Abstenerse de elegir este hotel si no teneis coche

Arrivée avec 30 min d'avance... après 6h30 de route et une chaleur !! On nous fait attendre une demi heure car l'heure c'est l'heure...après chambre correcte propre, calme. C'est un peu vétuste surtout couloir et porte des chambres. Clim ok mais fuite.. petit déjeuner basique rien d'exceptionnel. Ça fait le taff pour une nuit.

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel en compagnie de ma famille et nous y avons séjournes quelque jours. Un hôtel vraiment sympathique qui a véritablement vu une couche de renouveau. J’étais déjà venu il y a un an et de belles rénovations ont été faites depuis ! Le wifi fonctionnait au top et la chambre était très agréable et propre. Je n’ai pas pu tester personnellement le petit déjeuner mais ceux de mon entourage qui ont pu n’en disent que du bien. Globalement, séjour très agréable pour un prix modique

It started at reception, with rap music, probably a personal playlist from the young, not very resourceful receptionist; that already seemed to set the tone... Then, no Wi-Fi! The receptionist only knew how to tell me to turn my PC off and on again to see if it would get better; It obviously didn't change anything. When I went down to have something reheated for dinner, the manager told me that there was no microwave available to customers. As the receptionist had to explain my displeasure at not having Wi-Fi, he broke his habits and offered to give my dish to the latter to take care of in the kitchen. I then confirmed to the (unfriendly) manager that I still did not have Wi-Fi. After several tests in front of him, he insinuated that the problem came from my PC! (I was in two IBIS a few days before and in another hotel the next evening, the connection obviously went without the slightest problem!). He then told me that there were 75 rooms rented that evening (with barely 20 vehicles in the parking lot; take me for a fool!) and that I was the only customer to complain. 3G and 4G worked very well and most likely suited all customers using their GSM. I was never able to connect my PC to the Internet that evening. Concerning the room, it was just catastrophic: - the filthy toilet - the broken shower head support (in a tiny shower) - the window not at all waterproof, letting in the cold (strong draft) and the noise incessant vehicles all night (perhaps explaining the presence of an oil-bath radiator, which although it compensates for the ambient coolness, does not help with the noise) - the seriously degraded bedside tables (burning of the cigarette, broken veneer) - very designer chair (the same as those of the SàM), but which tends to want to transform your butt into fries after a few minutes, therefore very quickly uncomfortable - soundproofing from another century: we hear the actions of neighboring rooms (shower, flush, TV, etc.) and people in the corridor If you are looking for a welcoming hotel in Arles, you are spoiled for choice, undoubtedly much more appropriate for your contentment!

2 night stay at this hotel with family. A very good value for money. Comfortable room (the bedding is new with mattresses) and the bathroom is clean and functional. We had perfect connecting rooms with our 2 children. Varied and complete breakfast in a very bright room. Good address. We will come back !

Very friendly staff, nice room, clean and beautiful area. Hotel well located for exploring the Camargue and easy parking. We really enjoyed the region and the hotel, all at an attractive price, we will come back
