房間雖小但五臟俱全，早餐有點簡陋，不太好吃

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel moins de 30 minutes plus tard. Le personnel de la réception était agressif envers nous et tous les autres clients. Tous les clients dans la file parlaient anglais, mais ma femme est française et elle a entendu les employés dire des choses comme « Ne lui parlez pas anglais » et « Donnez-lui la chambre sans climatisation ». De plus, la réceptionniste de l'Ibis Prime n'arrêtait pas de demander aux clients de venir à son bureau pour leur proposer son aide. Une fois qu'ils arrivaient, elle leur disait qu'ils étaient clients de l'Ibis Budget et qu'ils devaient retourner à la file Budget. En d'autres termes, votre personnel était injurieux envers tous les clients, comme si c'était un jeu. On nous a donné une chambre qui n'était pas faite, avec des serviettes et des déchets par terre. Nous avons eu une autre chambre, sans climatisation, et il y avait des excréments sur le sol et dans les toilettes, qui ne pouvaient pas être évacuées même après quatre chasses d'eau. Nous sommes retournés à la réception et avons réglé la note. Ils ne nous ont pas demandé pourquoi nous partions et ne nous ont même pas dit au revoir. De plus, l'hôtel est situé dans un bidonville et il serait dangereux de s'y rendre à pied la nuit. We were in the hotel less than 30 minutes. The front staff personnel were belligerent with us and all the other guests. All the guests in line were speaking English, but my wife is French and she heard the staffers say things like “don’t speak English with him” and “give her the room with no air conditioning”. In addition, the staff lady for Ibis Prime kept asking customers to her desk offering to help and once they came to her, she would tell them they were Ibis Budget customers and to return to the Budget line. In other words, your staff was being abusive to all customers as though it was a game. We were given a room that was not made up and had towels and trash on the floor. We got a different room and it had no air conditioning plus there was feces on the floor of the toilet and in the toilet which could not flush it away even after 4 flushes. We returned to the front desk and checked out. They did not ask why we were leaving nor did they even say goodbye. In addition, the hotel is located in a slum and would be unsafe at night on foot.
