Just returned from our 9 nights holiday to Sandy Maria. I was quite nervous about not enjoying our holiday after reading a few reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t change our holiday! We absolutely loved everything about the hotel, it’s a hidden gem. We will return for sure! As a family Giannis works long hours & he is always smiling & cannot do enough for all guests. He booked a quad for us for a day which got delivered to the hotel, we had the best day exploring the island . Giannis & the young lad behind the bar serve amazing cocktails, happy hour 4-6pm. Our toilet wouldn’t flush & it was fixed within 30 mins of reporting it. Cleaner does an amazing job of keeping the hotel grounds & rooms clean & tidy. Pool area is perfect. Guests don’t wake up at 4am & start reserving beds. It’s always spotless. Rooms are large, clean & tidy. They are basic but we were pleasantly surprised & the pool view is perfect. Air con & safe are available at cost. Bar area always clean. Lots of drink choices, with fans & tv. The food menu is large & the chef is an amazing cook. All my meals were delicious, my favourite were loaded nachos & spaghetti carbonara. We also had a few different starters to share which were lovely, club sandwiches are big & delicious. All food I saw served looked amazing! Don’t listen to bad reviews! I’ll most definitely be going back, hopefully September & will return next year for sure. Thank you Sandy & Giannis

The welcome you get from Yannis is amazing. The room we got was certainly big enough for our family of 3. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds. It's certainly excellent value for money. There's a car park round the back and it's about a 10 minute walk into town. We will definitely stay here again as it was everything we wanted as a family.
