This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definately return. Food was lovely especially the chef specials on an evening. Drinks were what you would expect for a 3 star all inclusive and liked the self service station in the restaurant.. Room spotless and spacious and we had a lovely sea view.Had a few problems with water pressure and temperature of shower but this was a minor issue. All staff were polite and friendly and work very hard . Good entertainment team . Did have to get up early to get a sunbed but expected it in July . Sadly had the usual people reserving beds and not using them till afternoon . Loved the location just a short walk to restaurants and bars with tribute acts/ entertainment or quiet bars if you just fancied a drink. The town has a lovely chilled vibe . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Hotel offered everything needed for a 2 week family stay to be enjoyable and relaxing thanks to all staff for making this possible. Penny our rep always smiling very knowledgeable and up for a laugh. Entrainment team went above and beyond with pool activities especially Water Olympics and evening entertainment Rock the Room not to be missed!!BIG SHOUT OUT TO Matt, Ralphs, Klause, Marcus and Timi thanks for entertaining us daily without our holiday would have been so different - we miss u all. Would 100% return to this hotel.

Me and my partner came here for 10 days and was brilliant. Reception and the food room was spotless and very welcoming when we came in! The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and fresh bedding every 2 days (not a Sunday) which was lovely. The entertainment team was absolutely amazing, big shout out to Matt and his team for entertaining us all throughout the day and at night time, fun pool games in the daytime, bingo, karaoke, quiz’s and game show in the evening. Best entertainment team I have experienced. The location is very good, about 10 minute walk to the beach and about 2 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops which is amazing. I do recommend doing to planet bar, amazing people, drinks and food! The only downside I would say is the food, we are both quite picky eaters but their could of been more options and different things everyday to mix it up, we did end up eating out most nights but it’s what you get. We also complained about the balcony light which they did change the next day, however, as they changed it the maintenance people must of dropped the old one on the floor and shattered into small pieces which is dangerous and should of been cleaned up straight away as my partner cut his toe and bled quite a lot as you couldn’t see the glass. Our air con was being held on by what looks like masking tape and wasn’t very good as we waking up dripping in sweat and even when we are chilling out.

Great location and had no issues at all at this hotel. .Rooms clean and tidy really friendly staff,the food was also decent.Big shout out again to Matt and the entertainment team who were great fun. I would definitely return to this hotel.I came with my family of 5 and we all had a great time. A well done to all the staff!!!

I’ll start by saying we would definitely return 🤩 Yes it’s a 3 star but you get what you pay for, we just wanted a last minute week away and couldn’t fault it. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk down an incline I wouldn’t call it more than that, to some great restaurants, bars and shops. Quick transfer on a mini bus from and to the airport. The check in at reception was very quick, our room was a little dated so asked at reception if we could possibly move, we were shown a better room with a walk in shower and moved the following day. The shower was fine no problem with the heat or pressure and the room was kept lovely and clean, air conditioning was really good. The food we found to be really good, if people are complaining all I can say is they’re eating far better than I do at home, couldn’t fault it, guests may just need to try the Greek dishes. We were only there for a week at the beginning of July and towards the end we were finding we had to be up at 7 for a bed at the top pool, the Adult only pool which we found wasn’t always the case. We’d go for an early morning walk then breakfast then to the pool, I did hear that guests from the sister hotel were using the pools which seems a bit unfair. The staff were lovely and will say again I would definitely return, hopefully soon.

This hotel was spotless, reception, restaurant and bar staff were the friendliest we'd ever come across. Food lovely, always something we liked and the roasted meats in particular were delicious. Drinks (beer aside) were good. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily if requested. You did have to reserve sunbeds before breakfast but we've never come across a TUI hotel where this wasn't the case! A big shout out to the entertainment team. Matt you absolute legend! An all round top guy that obviously puts a lot of time and effort into the quizzes, pool games etc. Rock the room rocked! A fellow 80s fan - what's not to like! Amazing voice on karaoke 🎤 that turned posh during bingo 🤣 made the effort to remember guests names and just made the holiday extra special. For a 3 star hotel we'd rate it outstanding and would return in a heartbeat 💕 Thank you for a fabulous 11 night stay

Myself and my partner have just come back from Altura. This was our first time staying in an all inclusive hotel in Zante. When we arrived our room wasn’t the best, the view wasn’t great and we was pretty much looking at scaffolding, the reception team were really accommodating and managed to move us on the Sunday which we really appreciated, the rooms could do with being updated but for us who go out and about didn’t effect us. The food was pretty basic but plenty to eat even for a picky eater like myself. The entertainment team were brilliant and really got everyone involved. Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we would return in the future.

Amazed by the negative reviews..from the minute we arrived at the hotel we had an absolute blast(20 mins transfer from airport a bonus) Reception staff were fantastic from the off,the restaurant staff were incredibly polite and helpful.Waited a couple of hours for our rooms to be ready so we obviously went straight to the bar where we met Nicklas and Sonia who were brilliant bar staff who work very hard,the bar was stocked and my wife and daughter made short work of the cocktail list..!! For a so called 3 star hotel the food was incredible and varied every evening. The entertainment staff were probably the best we've encountered abroad..every day and evening there was aqua zumba,table tennis,beer pong,killer darts,brilliant quizzes,bingo,karaoke and the best pool olympics you could wish for.. Klavs,Timmy,Marcus i salute you but special praise needs to be given to Ralf who was not only a good laugh but was eye candy for every female within 10 square miles..all supervised by the amazing Matty,this chap is an incredible entertainer who gets everyone involved and had us in stitches with his humour and his antics,his music and movie quizzes were fantastic...only one complaint from me was that he was a Tottenham fan... If your looking for a laughter filled holiday then this is the hotel for you,we met some like minded folk who absolutely made our stay there fantastic and hopefully we'll make it a yearly thing....
