Nice spacious and luxurious room. (Loved the electric operable curtain! ) When sharing the room as friends you might find the open shower a problem. You need a car to get somewhere. There is nothing much in the direct vicinity, apart from a supermarket (10min walk). Although we love dogs, we were not too happy with the neighbour's dogs. They were constantly barking, day and night. (Hotel is already dealing with this problem.) Very lovely and attentive staff: Kostas, Christina, George, Vasilis. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Un très bel hôtel certes mais qui ne sait pas exploiter ses capacités. Nous aimons les hôtels de charme personnalisé mzis avons voulu tester ce genre d hôtels. Très jolie chambre vue sur mer ...si vous acceptez de payer 280 euros la nuit...gardez votre argent pour d autres expériences. Service déplorable. La chambre mal nettoyée...à savoir les verres utilisés (vin) ou tasses à café...non nettoyés...c est inacceptable Lr pire ...lors de notre arrivée le préposé à la reception ...sans allure pour un 4 étoiles...5 affichées à l entrée...nous conduit à notre chambre...nous fait monter un étage à pied ..nous sommes âges.. On lui demande où est l ascenseur...réponse il n y a pas! Quid des bagages ensuite... Et retournant à notre voiture les chercher nous découvrons un ascenseur extérieur... Ensuite le soir resto...un buffet insipide des plats recuits des desserts affreux...une cuisine pour gens sans goût. Commande de 2 verres de vin...attente de 20 min...rien ne vient malgré 2 demandes à 2 personnes différentes. Celles ci branchées sur leur tablette passant repassant sans vous regarder. In fine.. on a vu le maître d'hôtel qui lui s est exécuté. Petit déjeuner médiocre...des fruits dans des sirops...rien de frais.. Sauf le jus d oranges. Des produits d hôtels internationaux sans saveur . Bref in dustriel... A fuir sauf si on aime bronzer ne rien découvrir...ou alors en groupe. Quant aux piscines certes belles mais comment peut on concevoir celles ci sans escaliers sauf celle du haut...mais peu profonde C edt un hôtel pour tourisme de masse qui arrive en avion, se fait conduire sur place et point final.

Ein wunderschönes 5 Sterne Hotel, mit durchwegs herzlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeiern. Kulinarisch war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und sehr abwechslungsreich. Mich persönlich hat die musikalische , etwas zu laute Dauerbeschallung ( trotz schöner Musik) , angefangen frühmorgens zum Frühstück bis abends zum Abendessen, sehr gestört.

Nice hotel with modern look. Nice food especially the vegan restaurant which is included in the halfboard. Sadly the room cleaning wasn't perfect towels missing, missed to clean etc. The waiters were all very friendly.

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.

Great place
This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.
