Very nice hotel with all inclusive. But the food god boring after a week. We really loved the hotel and in general had a very nice week at the hotel. We had a swim-up room with a pool that we shared with 6 other apartments. I can highly recommend that. Don't go for the private pools, since they are small. And we only experienced once or twice during our stay, that all apartments used the pool at the same time. Often we had the entire pool for ourselfes. The hotel is big, with a lot of options. It is located on a hill, so we had to climb (no steps but fairly steep incline) to get to our apartment. It was tough during the summer heat, but acceptable. The waterpark was nice, both for young and older kids. Our girls used it a few times. There are many pools on the hotel, but they are not that big, so they looked a bit crowded. Be aware of that, if you don't have swim-up. However it looked as if there were always free sunchairs to be had. There were 6 restaurants on the hotel. The food was fine for an all-inclusive hotel, but no more than fine. We never had problems finding a free table. But the food was pretty much the same in all the non-themed restaurants. With small differences. We have tried multiple all-inclusive hotels, and the food in hotel was in average. Fine the first days, and the getting boring later. There were not much variety over the week. But there are 3 themed restaurants, and make sure to book tables at those. We visited them all. We loved the Rice n Spice restaurant, with chineese themed food. That was really great after a week with nearly the same food. The other 2 themed restaurants was average. We visited the local town and Zakynthos city a few nights, which gave us a nice break from the normal hotel food. All in all we had a great week at the hotel, and can recommend it highly. But make sure to book tables at the themed restaurants, and consider having dinner outside of the hotel for a night or two.

Εγώ θα πω την αντικειμενική αλήθεια σαν πελάτης πρώτη φορά !,Μου το πρότεινε το ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο,επίσης με εξέπληξαν οι επιλογές που σου δίνει για φαι και δραστηριότητες.Εχεις να κάνεις δραστηριότητες,τα μπαρ πάντα γεμάτα από snacks,καφέδες ποτά τα παιδιά των μπαρ φοβερά εξυπηρετικοι..εξαιρετική η μάνατζέρ του ξενοδοχείου και οι υπάλληλοι και τα παιδιά του entertainment... σίγουρα και του χρόνου θα είμαστε εκεί...ίσως από τις καλύτερες διακοπές σαν οικογένεια

Modern, clean hotel. Rooms kept really clean. Staff really helpful. Great selection of pools. Fantastic animation team. Food not the best. The hotel room was really modern, the maids cleaned everyday, cannot fault them. Great selection of pools and so clean! The English kids club was quite hidden, not signposted so it wasn’t very busy. The staff at the restaurants and bars were always on it to clear your table (sometimes a bit too much where you felt rushed as they sort of hover!). Bar staff were pretty quick and some really charismatic making it fun! Food was really disappointing, the salad was fresh and the ice cream was nice but apart from that the food was unbelievably greasy, really repetitive and just not nice. Me and my two kids ate because we needed too. The drinks were not brand Pepsi or coke etc, it tasted cheap. Which is unfortunate as this could be an incredible hotel if they did better food and drinks. The animation team were amazing! Christos especially, my son adored him and they were so kind with all the children. Making them all feel special! The discos and entertainment were great! Would not return on the basis of food and drinks but everything else was spot on! Thank you animation team!

we stayed in J block and the views were amazing through the dirty glass balconies our room was never cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there we had to clean it ourselves but i drew the line to buying a sweeping brush the beds were changed though i think thats the only thing the maid did apart from sitting on them and face timing her friends as i found out when i went back to the room considering this is a four star hotel i would have expected coffee sugar bottled water or mini bar in your room but no you get nothing not even the safe wouldnt go back hated it

Overall a great hotel. Reception staff are very welcoming. Friendly helpful restaurant staff apart from the al la carte restaurant, they were rude. Maids were lovely and worked hard. Room had towels changed every day . Entertainment staff worked hard too and did a great job. Snack bar staff a d glass collectors were friendly . Food was lovely and lots of choice but the al la carte again the moussaka and pasta dishes were not nice and very dry. Would be nice to have ice-cream in the restaurants . Cake or fruit every night got boring. People reserved towels at the sunbeds but nearly always was able to find one somewhere. Very clean everywhere. The only negative was the public toilets didn't have a lock on and were frosted doors with a gap down the edge. Very concerned letting my teenage daughters use them. Bus is 2 euro to visit anywhere else.

Kamer positief: was ruim, handdoeken om de 2 dagen, lakens om de 3 dagen, poetshulp heel bereidwillig als je vraagt om iets extra te doen bv. extra handdoek, swim-up kamer was heel fijn, wij hadden geluk met de ligging (T101) zodat we ook nog eens zeezicht hadden en centraal op het domein lagen, internet werkte prima, televisie heeft netflix. Kamer negatief: niet heel proper (zand in de kleerkasten), afdrukken van voeten en schoenen tegen de muur, stof- en spinnenwebben. De airco hangt in de slaapkamer van de ouders, maar trekt niet voldoende om ook de kamer van de kinderen af te koelen. Bedden zijn steenhard, de dekens die voorhanden waren hebben we op de matrassen van de kinderen gelegd om net iets meer comfort te hebben. Je moet extra betalen voor zwembadhanddoeken (10euro per stuk waarborg) die je mag ruilen voor propere maar dan gaat er telkens één euro per handdoek af van het bedrag dat je kan terugvorderen aan het einde van je reis. Extra betalen voor de kluis op de kamer. Eten positief: rice&spice restaurant was echt enorm lekker. Was nog maar enkele dagen open. Ze waren nog aan het testdraaien bijgevolg weinig mensen en extra hun best doen om alles mooi en lekker te bereiden. Eten negatief: vaak koud eten, drinkbaar water van de tap had een vreemd smaakje (wij hebben flessen water gekocht in het winkeltje naast het hotel en deze koud gezet in de koelkast op de kamer), cocktails veel te zoet, lawaaierige en drukke restaurants (voornamelijk het main restaurant, tip: ga na 20 u eten). Sfeer positief: meestal vriendelijk personeel (vnl barpersoneel), fijn waterpark Sfeer negatief: alles is verlicht met wit licht, heel ongezellig om te eten of even na te praten in de bar, inkom is enorm kil en kaal zonder naam van het hotel ergens te lezen en de enkele meubels die er staan zijn donkere doorgezeten zetels. Wij hadden het geluk een late check-out (60euro) te kunnen doen aangezien we pas 's avonds vlogen, anders zou ik niet geweten hebben wat te doen. De publieke douche ligt in de volle zon zonder plek voor je bagage. Er is ook geen luggage room beschikbaar, dus je moet je valiezen gewoon in de lobby zetten zonder supervisie. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er hard gewerkt in het hotel aan onderhoud, groenvoorziening, bewatering, schilderen,...er is dus absoluut potentieel om een mooi 4* hotel te worden, maar daar zijn ze momenteel nog niet.

Just returned from 11 nights here. One adult and 4 children, age ranging between 5-16. One child with disability. First time in Greece. This hotel was absolutely lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The complex is vast with plenty to do for the children. We’d spent 3 days there before we even realised there was another part of the hotel we hadn’t realised was there with lots more activities available, and we had already been pleased with what we had so this was a bonus! We stayed in block W, which is at the back of the complex on top of a hill. Our apartment was brilliant, very big with large double balcony and 2 bathrooms. The room felt safe and secure. The only issue we had was that it was on the hill and we struggled to get my son up and down with his mobility issues. However there is a brilliant buggy service available taking passengers around the complex so most of the time it wasn’t too bad. And it was worth it for the beautiful views we had and the great room. The hotel was very clean. The food was okay, its what you would expect from all inclusive, but we found something we enjoyed every day. There is food on offer all day. We did not like the snack bar food though, but the ice cream was lovely. The staff were friendly and work really hard. Good choice of pools, with bustling kids area and waterpark, to quieter pools. Some rooms have swim ups which looked lovely too. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed it here and would definitely return
