The rooms were clean, well sized, with the facilities to meet all our needs. The communal pool area was always clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is quite remote but that suited our purposes, to have a relaxing trip, but maybe not ideal if you want bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Siamo stati per la prima volta a Zante isola detta da molti molto bella ma purtroppo per noi non è stato così forse anche per colpa del tempo pioveva sempre di notte. Quindi il mare era sempre mosso annullata anche l escursione al relitto peccato

This was my second stay at the hotel and we will be back. The family run hotel provides amazing service and makes you feel like family. The food, rooms, service and all round ambiance is sublime. We are in the hotel every day as the food cooked by Mani and the owners wife Mary is just amazing. All home cooked and delicious. Everything about this hotel is just so good. The hotel is quiet and is very clean and welcoming. This is not for those looking for a party but for those looking for something special and relaxing. We will be back time and time again. Thank you to Angelos and family, Yannis, Costas, Mani for taking care of us but a real big shout out to Lizzie. She is just the sweetest person and works so hard.

My wife and I have just returned from this most wonderful hotel after a relaxing break. This family run hotel really ticks all the boxes if you enjoy a quite relaxing time. The food is all home cooked and is delicious no matter what you order. The staff are so friendly sotiria, Angelos,mani,Yannis and of course Lizzie. This hotel is situated on a cliff top set amongst olive groves and is not a party hotel but a luxurious relaxing retreat. Thank you all

Il soggiorno nella struttura è stato abbastanza piacevole,il cibo era buono e la camera era accogliente. L’unico grande problema di questo albergo è il personale e il proprietario. Il personale urla da un lato all’altro dell’hotel mentre ci sono clienti che si stanno rilassando in piscina o stanno facendo colazione,le signore delle pulizie entrano in camera mentre i clienti sono in camera. Ma purtroppo la parte peggiore è il proprietario,alza la voce con i clienti e alle richieste più piccole ti risponde in modo molto strafottente e in modo molto maleducato,il servizio di car rental dell’albergo è una rapina a mano armata e in più il proprietario non ci ha dato nemmeno un informazione sul posto o su che spiagge andare. Se non riesce ad essere più gentile non posso raccomandare questa struttura !

Our stay at Arkadia Hotel in Zakynthos was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their genuine smiles and helpfulness were a constant presence throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The food at the hotel was delicious and fresh. Every meal was a delight, and it was clear that great care was taken with the quality and taste. The service was truly exceptional; the owner worked hard and ensured that everything ran perfectly. A particular highlight was when we were given ice cream by the pool as a gift from the hotel. A small gesture that meant a lot and highlighted the carefree feeling of our stay. The vibrant Tsilivi is very close but just far enough to avoid the hustle. There, you can enjoy a nice drink and stroll past various shops. There was honestly nothing we didn't like about our stay at Arkadia Hotel. Everything was super arranged, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without any worries. We highly recommend Arkadia Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree stay in Zakynthos. The friendly staff, delicious meals, and excellent service make this hotel a perfect choice.

Ein schönes, persönlich geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, Ansprechende Zimmer, modern ausgestattet mit begehbarer Dusche und separater Toilette. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausgezeichnete Betten sowie ein kleiner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Kostenfreie, überdachte Parkplätze. Ein nettes Frühstücksbuffet, nicht überwältigend – aber völlig ausreichend. Zum winzigen Kies-Strand sind es 600 m über eine kleine ruhige Straße. Das Essen im Hotel ist lecker – die Speisekarte ich allerdings keine sehr große Auswahl.

We found this amazing hotel by chance when my husband and I were staying at another hotel and our on a walk last year.. when my sister and wanted a relaxing break Arkadia was the first choice. The hotel is family run and it so wonderful. The family are so welcoming from initial contact with Angelos to the wonderful home cooked food prepared by Mary and the other chef to all the staff including their wonderful daughter the service is amazing. The hotel both inside and outside is spotless and so relaxing. If you are looking for a very quiet, relaxing holiday with wonderful service and surroundings, book here and you won’t be disappointed. This is not for those looking for a party place but for those that want true relaxation..
