Il b&b si trova in pieno centro ad Arezzo. Non lo consiglierei. Ho chiesto una quadrupla e al momento della prenotazione la struttura mi ha detto che era disponibile una stanza matrimoniale cui avrebbero potuto aggiungere 2 lettini. Effettivamente nella stanza ho trovato un letto matrimoniale, un letto aggiunto (brandina) e una poltrona letto, che pendeva da un lato e sopratutto senza materassino. Insomma una soluzione non proprio comoda. A ciò aggiungo che la pulizia non è il massimo e che i sanitari presentano dei segni di usura e che i muri non sono proprio puliti. Insomma, una sistemazione sciatta. Quando mi sono lamentata con la struttura in merito alla poltrona letto mi è stato risposto che, per loro, la poltrona letto era una soluzione “fattibile” per dei bambini e che nessuno si era mai lamentato.

Da dove partiamo? Apri il portone principale e ti assale l’odore di muffa. Entri nella zona comune e l’impressione iniziale è buona.. entri nella stanza 9 e ti chiedi se una suite delux sia questa: ragnatele nel lampadario, pavimento sporco, tende che non coprono… ma sorvoliamo! Torniamo la sera alle 23 e troviamo la porta blindata SFONDATA. Chiamiamo ma la chiamata non viene deviata al numero che loro tengono e tutta la notte l abbi passata ad ascoltare i movimenti x le scale x paura che qualcuno potesse entrare (la porta della stanza la butterebbe giù un bambino) Per “riparare” all’accaduto alle 10.20 del mattino ci vengono offerti dei calici di vino: per carità ma dopo una notte come quella per dimenticare l’accaduto altro che calice ci vorrebbe! Avrei preferito un segno di scuse anche solo di 10€… il gesto… invece nulla. Tornerò mai?? Anche no e vi auguro di non capitarci neanche a voi!

Tolle Lage, aber sehr anstrengender check-in
Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. ABER: Der check-in war leider sehr ärgerlich. Wegen eines bahnstreiks kam ich erst 22 in Arezzo an, was nach nettem Kontakt aber kein Problem wäre. Es gab Instruktionen für den self-check-in. Leider gab es an der genannten Stelle keinen Schlüssel! Das handy der kontaktperson war schon abgeschaltet! Dank eines nachbarn, der sie privat kontaktierte, meldete sie sich nach 30 Minuten, kam dann allerdings nicht sofort, sondern fragte erst bei mir mehrmals und dann bei dem nachbarn nach, ob da wirklich kein Schlüssel wäre! Nachts, 22:30... ich war schließlich 23:00 in einem anderem appartement, weil meines fälschlicherweise von jemand anderem genutzt wurde.
Fehler passieren, damit kann ich leben, aber gastfreundlicher Umgang mit eigenen fehlern sieht anders aus.

Super Zentrale Lage mit Abzügen
Für das Zimmer muss man an 2 Adressen gehen um zuerst den Schlüssel für das andere Gebäude abholen. Zusammen mit 1 km Parkhaus ist das ziemlich aufwendig und mühsam. Das Zimmer ist gut.

The place is definitely strategic and is 10, but everything else is definitely insufficient. The house should be looked after with services and finishings commensurate with the price we paid for 1 night. Some time ago it was the price for 1 month's rent. I recommend putting at least 1 bottle of complimentary water. We would return only if the price was consistent with the offer.
