建物の３階にあるB&Bであるにもかかわらず、その建物に入る情報を知らされていなくて、近所の人かその建物の住人か、そのB&Bのスタッフではない人が、通りをウロウロして捜している私を見て、親切にその建物に入る入り口の番号を押してくれて中に入れてくれてB&Bのオーナーに会わせてくれました。その方がいなかったら、建物の中に、まず入れなかったでしょう。
その後は問題なかったですし、食堂のパティオから見る景色はとてもきれいでしたが、入り口が入れないと困ります。

Struttura a pochi passi dal centro e dalle scale mobili, quando si arriva con la valigia è un vantaggio! Siamo state accolte con cortesia e sorrisi. Le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario, i letti sono comodi. Ciascuna delle quattro stanze ha il nome di un personaggio famoso di Arezzo. Sul tavolo della colazione abbiamo trovato frutta, fette biscottate, cereali e brioches appena sfornate. Un'esperienza eccellente con un rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto

Ottima solo la posizione centrale vicinissima al duomo e al corso principale,per il resto lascia molto a desiderare:camera microscopica ( c’era a malapena lo spazio per aprire i trolley),bagno letteralmente un buco e per di più senza bidet! Colazione veramente scarsa,tutti prodotti confezioni tranne le brioche che il proprietario prende fresche ma che bastano a malapena per tutti gli ospiti. Non ci siamo proprio!

Ottima posizione e gestore attento e disponibile. Unica pecca la televisione nella camera (troppo piccola!) e split aria condizionata molto rumoroso, lo abbiamo dovuto spegnere per dormire. La camera è ampia e pulita così come le parti comuni.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro y cerca de los principales puntos de interés. En cuanto al resto, las camas eran incómodas, las habitaciones poco aisladas y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la cocina y zonas comunes. Si vas cargado con maletas no es nada cómodo para llegar, dado que el ascensor es muy pequeño y casi seguro se debe subir por las escaleras. Nosotros viajamos con nuestro bebé pequeño y solo cabía una persona en el ascensor.
