How can a hotel operation be in such a state of disorganization and disrepair that it has been shut down by the local government?! Our Toronto based tour group arrived at this hotel outside of the city, only to find a posted paper on the main entrance, in Italian, that property is foreclosed. In September 2023. Hotel near reached out prior to closure, to advise tour company that they were shutting down and to find alternative elsewhere. Your company also did not call ahead of arrival to confirm the reservation with hotel. Fault of both parties, at the expense of the tour group.

Non si può dare 0 stelle ma è solo quello che si merita. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato il frigorifero pieno degli resti dei precedenti clienti. Pulizia molto scarsa. Lavandino otturato. Cena con avanzi riscaldati. Servito consiglio al posto del pollo. molto povera. Poca scelta. Non lo consiglio per niente.

Una stella di troppo , l’hotel e un buon 3 stelle , stanza pulita , per accendere la tv ho dovuto chiamare la reception perché il decoder non andava . colazione discreta, personale cordiale , troppo caro per quello che offre al cliente, posizione ok

Sono stato all'hotel Planet sabato scorso con un gruppo di amici di Roma per partecipare alla maratona della Ronda Ghibellina. Sono stato veramente bene. Il servizio di mezza pensione eccellente, il personale gentile ed attento. Le camere molto spaziose e pulite. Il tutto ad un prezzo ottimo. Spero di tornarci quando sarò in zona, lo consiglio vivamente :-)

Siamo stati (un gruppo di nove persone, tre camere doppie e una tripla) in questo albergo in occasione della Ronda Ghibellina. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e personale molto gentile. Le stanze ampie, pulite e per cena ci è stato proposto (con un costo aggiuntivo di 18 euro) un menu composto da antipasto, due primi, tre secondi, dolce, acqua e vino e, quantità esagerata a parte, qualità veramente buona. Considerato che per la Ghibellina dovevamo uscire molto presto per colazione ci hanno fatto trovare, alle sei di mattina, di tutto, compreso cornetti caldi. Il personale (di sala, alla reception e suppongo il gestore/proprietario) sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, insomma da raccomandare.

Bisogna scriverci hotel a 4 stelle eclissate, con ristorante che offre menù tipico toscano con forte accento indiano, ideale per riposare all'insegna dei bussi e dei botti della discoteca allestita al primo piano, soggiorno indimenticabile all'insegna delle sorprese continue, abbiamo soggiornato nella notte di Capodanno il mangiare pessimo il faggiano servito stava per riprendere il volo, all1.30 di notte nella sala del ristorante dove eravamo a cena ci hanno chiuso con delle porte scorrevoli perche la sala era stata prenotata da una ditta privata per allestire la discoreca nulla da dire al proprietario, persona gentile e disponibile,

trovo difficile descrivere cosa non va, tante piccole cose ma nell'insieme pesano molto; la decadenza della struttura si vede a vista d'occhio, pulizia delle camere in pomeriggio inoltrato (a me poi un giorno é proprio saltata), frigo vuoto (neanche una bottiglia d'acqua), lavandino con scarico non funzionate (riferito, assicurato intervento, ma nulla di fatto), colazione no comment, cena no comment, bar no comment. L'unica nota positiva, una estrema cortesia ed educazione di tutto il personale. Lascio il commento per stimolare ad un miglioramento perché la struttura può certamente essere un 4 stelle, ma oggi non lo é affatto.

Siamo stati ad Arezzo per una gara di equitazione . Abbiamo scelto questa struttura apparentemente ottima. Probabilmente l’hotel è stato bello un tempo ma ora manca proprio la base: prima di tutto è sporco sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni . Al bancone della reception ti appiccichi se appoggi i gomiti . Nel bagno ad esempio mancava il tappo del lavandino e ti cadeva di tutto nel sifone , l’acqua della doccia da bollente a fredda senza toccare miscelatore , mancava il chiavistello della porta del bagno … insomma un hotel in decadenza . Capisco i tempi che corrono ma sarebbe più onesto e corretto venderlo non come 4 stelle . La colazione buona con personale all’arrangiata da inseguire per avere un caffè . Il personale in generale è gentile e si vede che ci sta provando …

Sono stato in questo hotel questo fine settimana, a differenza di tutti coloro che hanno lasciato recensioni negative devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente bene. Le camere sono pulitissime, come anche il resto della struttura. La piscina immersa nel verde è molto rilassante. La colazione a buffet abbondante e di qualità. Il personale dell'hotel molto gentile, ti fanno sentire a casa. Ho avuto modo di conoscere anche il proprietario della struttura e devo dire che è una bravissima persona. Inoltre, la presenza di Arci, l'amico peloso a quattro zampe, da quel pizzico di allegria in più per chi ama davvero gli animali. Per cui non vi lamentate se ogni tanto lo vedete in giro, questo non compromette in alcun modo la qualità del soggiorno che consiglio vivamente. Grazie di cuore a tutto il personale che ha contribuito alla buona riuscita del mio soggiorno.
