Struttura situata all’interno di un edificio storico, camera dotata di angolo cottura ben arredata, si trova praticamente accanto a piazza grande, siamo in pieno centro. Le ragazze al check-in molto cortesi, apprezzabile l’enoteca adiacente all’hotel facente parte della struttura stessa, nella quale abbiamo fatto un aperitivo ed acquistato dei loro prodotti e bottiglie.

Vicinissimo a Piazza Grande, ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo e non rumoroso. La stanza era abbastanza piccola, con una piccola cucina e un bel bagno. Un appunto, le luci si devono poter spegnere tutte o almeno quelle vicine, dal letto, l'impianto luci un pò "complicato". Abbiamo scelto la box in camera per fare colazione, marmellata, succo di frutta, burro, fette biscottate, cialde per the e caffè, panna per il caffè!

The breakfast was included, and on their site they tell it's in the room . Since we had a terrace, we anticipated we would have a breakfast there, with a nice view. When we came, we were said that the policy changed and we would get cards for the Branco coffee shop instead, and that for breakfast we needed to go to the coffee shop... First day it took us for a while to find this coffee shop (there are a lot of little streets there, and what is obvious for the hotel host, it's not so obvious for us ). Finally, when we found this coffee shop, they gave us for breakfast... coffee and croissant. The main thing for me in the morning is coffee, so it was good, but coffee and croissant is not a breakfast... this is a coffee and croissant...

Stanze poco pulite , luci che non funzionano, riscaldamento che non funziona perché la caldaia era spenta. Per noi non è stata una grande esperienza. Inoltre musica a tutto volume nella piazza fino alle 24. Potreste migliorare visto i prezzi

Situato nella piazza centrale, posizione ottima anche se scomodo da raggiungere con bagagli pesanti in quanto il parcheggio è fuori il centro storico e dista 15 minuti. Appena arrivati abbiamo ricevuto l’upgrade della stanza in una suite king, molto apprezzato, con affaccio diretto sulla piazza, meraviglioso. Camera molto grande e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i confort. Era al 1^ piano senza ascensore. Personale cordiale. Essendo proprietari di una azienda vinicola, abbiamo acquistato anche prodotti dell’azienda a prezzi accessibili. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

L'Albergo è posizionato nel cuore del Centro Storico di Arezzo. Pertanto, posizione bellissima e strategica per potersi muovere comodamente e raggiungere senza alcuna difficoltà i siti storici che la Città propone. L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e simpatica. La camera molto ampia, comoda e pulita. Curata nei minimi particolari, con vista su Piazza Grande. Lo Staff è risultato molto accogliente nonché professionale. Unica punto negativo è l'informazione mancante al Cliente. Ovvero, dovrebbero rivedere la comunicazione e le informazioni molto più nel dettaglio, senza che sia il Cliente a doverle chiedere. Certamente si è trattato du un Soggiorno bello e da ripetere. Grazie a tutto lo Staff.

A non-economic solution, with poor quality-price ratio. Only the location needs to be saved, but it must be kept in mind that the location cannot be reached by car and there is no lift. Small room for three people, uncomfortable and thin beds, as well as the pillows. Very noisy even at night. Breakfast is served at Caffè Vasari and honestly, strongly discouraged. I wouldn't go back.
