Pesima atencion se consulta para reservas para año nuevo y la recepcionista te trata mal, te corta la llamada no le da la gana de dar los costos, el gerente no puede tener precios para esa fecha sera que quieren especular los costos y aprovecharse de costos a último momento? se trata de reservar por este medio, booking, etc es lo mismo, deverian de excluir a este hotel u hostal de todos estos medios, realmente si su atención es asi de pésima, como sera la atencion en el hotel, mas bien lei los comentarios de otras personas que dicen hotel sucio, cucarachas, etc. y por la atención creo que es verdad.

El hotel está bien ubicado, la limpieza es pésima, habitación sucia llena de polvo , sabanas viejas y mal lavadas, inodoro sucio, salían cucarachas del sumidero de la ducha, toallas sucias y manchadas, cortinas con sangre y paredes sucias , la atención es pésima no son nada atentos te atienden como si te hicieran un favor, en la puerta de ingreso cantidad de perros callejeros que alimentan el personal del hotel y el personal del restaurante del primer piso lo que da mal aspecto ya que la calle está llena de platos de comida con desperdicios del restaurante , heces y orina de perro. No dan desayuno a pesar del precio alto que cobran. En resumen pésimo el Hotel Plaza Mollendo.

Fuimos fuera de temporada, así que el hotel estaba vacío. La atención estuvo bien, el personal fue cordial. Cuenta con un ascensor y con dispensadores de agua. Lo que más me gustó fue la cercanía que tiene a la playa y la vista al mar, además que está cerca a la plaza y a distintos bares y restaurantes. Un aspecto que no me gustó fue que la habitación era bastante fría pese a estar todas las ventanas cerradas.
