Começando pelo péssimo atendimento dos recepcionista: amadorismo total. Fui pedir um garfo e o recepcionista demorou meia-hora para disponibilizar, pois teve que fazer uma ligação para consultar se era possível. Também não deixaram um armazenar minhas mochilas na luggage-room por dois dias.

Hotel is nice. Our room (101) was at the back and had a sitting room (which we did not use) TV in room, mostly Spanish language but some English Some reviews mention plaster board walls, ours were stone. Wifi was okay but intermittently there was a problem Only one towel in room for the two of us. Same in the other room (202) which had two “kids”(26&22) so that is something to check when you come in. Shower pressure good Music in the am was loud 202 was on the Main Street with a long shared balcony and so can see “life” Very close to the plaza de Armas which is great

Excellent location. Wonderful view of the volcanoes. Great service from all staff. Rooms with hot showers and great beds. Tasty breakfast with many options of fruits, teas, jams and breads.
