The property is very conveniently located to walk to the historic plaza or to downtown. The owner, Eduardo is so friendly and helpful in recommending where to go. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the morning! I highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay!
An amazing stay! The owners are so lovely and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. They let us check in early after a long night bus which we appreciated so Much. The hotel is beautiful and just a 10 mins walk from the center so it’s really quiet. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are big with plenty of hot shower. Definitely our favourite hotel in Peru!

Vert charming hotel. Old style rooms. Quiet. Good neigbourhood. The owner makes you feel as a friendly uncle and you are his favorite nephew. No effort is too much. And always with a smile. At the breakfast table, you get served with fruit salads, eggs and everything else you want. Very charming colonial atmosphere!

The staff is excellent, very friendly. Property is walkable to the plaza center, stores and restaurants. You can have your breakfast breathing the mountain air and enjoy the quietness while admiring the wonderful garden inside the building

Very beautiful colonial house a stone's throw from the historic center. A warm welcome from the owner. Our room was perfect and the breakfast plentiful. We appreciated the contact with José Antonio who helped us for the rest of our trip. And what’s more, in perfect French!

It is located in a colonial area and very close to the historic center, you cross the oldest bridge in the city and reach the center of Arequipa. The first part is a colonial construction of white sillar (typical volcanic stone from Arequipa). At the back are the modern, simple rooms with everything you need. We didn't stay here long, but felt like this was a good place to stay in Arequipa. We only stayed one night and had breakfast once since we had to get up early the day after. Owner was super friendly and spoke English well. We arrived with the night bus and breakfast would normally have already stopped, and they still provided us with a breakfast. 10-15minute walk to the city center, supermarket nearby (few minutes walking distance) so the location was good as well. We did the Colca Trek so only stayed one night, but the owner suggested to keep our luggage safe while we were away. Recommended!
