The resort has uncommom arrangement - ownership, housekeeping and food are managed by three different entities. Cottages are too small. Breakfast venue is at a high level accessible only by a steep & shaky staicase. No lift - cannot be used by old/disabled persons. Very narrow approach lanes to the resort. Food is okay.

Overall disappointed with the price charged vs the service and amenities provided. I payed almost 17.5k for 3 night's at sea facing cottage. Pros: 1)Location and view Cons: 1)No FRIDGE, ( in goa's temperature it is a must) 2) Washroom's door doesn't fit 3)You get a room temperature drinking water bottles everyday 4)No paste, brush and the there is no mention of shampoo and body wash bottle so it's just a trial and use method 5)Food we ordered from the restaurant was stale and uncooked so we complained the restaurant who replaced our orded. So never ordered a meal again from this restaurant. Overall feedback: For the price they charged we were disappointed with the amenities and services, my genuine suggestion will be to stay at other places nearby as there are lot of other options nearby

The premium room is horrible, we stayed in room number 123 nothing is premium. The shower is weird, there were small worms on the bed. It’s not worth the price i would rate 5/10.

Rooms need a desperate uplift. Food was very average. Staff is helpful and polite. We lived in a "Premium Luxury Pool View" room. Spacious room with a balcony but it needs a uplift for sure. The rooms are average and nothing special, considering the price we're actually paying. I was disappointed with the quality of the room after paying 6k/night. The USP of the property is the location only.

It is located right on the beach, nice property. Cooperative staff. Beach is very clean and quiet. Nice crowd.

It was a family stay with kid. Rooms are quite specious and well maintained. Swimming pool is really nice. I don’t like breakfast because of limited options but service is quite appreciated. Overall a nice stay.

House service is good but restaurant people's are not good even that they don't give empty glasses or plate they want you have buy from us only no glasses was provide asking several times
