Terrible stay. Staff was non cooperative and have very bad attitude have high prices and they don’t even provide room service on time. Toilet was in worst condition tap was leaking toilet seat was broken and the worst part is even roof of toilet was dripping water. I have full video of water dripping from roof but trip advisor don’t have option to upload video.

Ambiance and the atmosphere are fantastic! Rooms, pool and view are neat and lovely 😍 best service however taste of the food needs little work. Overall, my family loved the stay ❤️

The location was really nice—Arambol beach had a relaxed vibe with more foreigners around, and it wasn't too crowded, which made it perfect for chilling out. However, the stay at the property was disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom and toilet also had a bad odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the food was good, especially the breakfast. Overall, great location but the property needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
