Good service, the pool is small for the amount of passengers

This resort itself is outstanding! It's new, swanky and huge. The checkin process was so smooth and since it was our last night in Jordan, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. The resort is located in Saraya, and has access to a lagoon (not the actual sea) but the lagoon is good enough for a good soak/swim. Our room was splendid, the breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Bonvoy chain. There are limited options for lunch,dinner - the beach house is located across the property (but not same property) and we faced some issues when we tried to go there for lunch, the security refused to let us through - could not communicate in English so we were there for a good 20mins before Asem came to our rescue. However, once there we got there, we got royal service - a shout out to the staff there. For dinner we went to Almanara, access is an issue - we were told we could access it via the bridge but that is only for exit not entry. For entry, one must go through the main hotel or the beach - not a long walk, but life would have been easier if we knew that before we climbed the bridge. The main restaurant Zenya is a good option, we had lunch there before we checked out. The gym is well stocked, they have a sauna facility there too. The infinity pool is really good. Both the lagoon beach and pool had attendants, and was well serviced. The staff were so helpful. A special mention to Asem - he was extremely gracious, helped us throughout our stay. Marichie was superb at Zenya. And @ Almanara, Claire was outstanding! Our only regret, we should have stayed longer!

Awful experience at the very first day.. I booked a family room. I waited too long time with my kids after 5 hours driving. they gave me the room exactly at 15:00, not fully cleaned. the staff was very cold, very very bad service. I have 1 yo child, so I needed kettle, we had 2, both were dirty, we couldn't clean them, so I requested to replace one of them. after 3 hours I asked again, and then I lost hope. eventually they changed it, but it was too late. They dont have espresso machines. The ridiculous and fun part was when we ate snacks at the lobby, one of the staff came and asked us to quit. I asked for the reason, he just said thats the rules, you can order from the bar but you can't eat your own. Not recommend, save your money. No beach, you have to walk at least 10 minutes. Save your money

Dining at Zenya Restaurant was great and cozy, located inside the hotel, the drinks were delicious. Special thanks to Retaj, she is kind and friendly, Also Saleh who was very helpful and kind. I will be returning to Westian for sure
