Ich habe im Romantik Hotel Säntis gearbeitet – ein traditionsreicher Ort, der äußerlich viel verspricht. Leider endet dieser Eindruck am Mitarbeitereingang. Intern herrscht ein Umgangston, der alles andere als respektvoll ist. Strukturelle Schwächen, intransparente Abzüge, fehlende Kommunikation und das bewusste Ausnutzen von Abhängigkeit haben meine Erfahrung nachhaltig geprägt. Ich musste mehrfach um mein Geld kämpfen. Schriftliche Kündigung? Fehlanzeige. Eine rechtzeitige Lohnzahlung? Nur unter Druck. Ein Pauschalabzug von 500 Franken wurde ohne klare Grundlage einbehalten – eine Begründung gab es nur auf Nachfrage, nie in fairer Form. Wer hier arbeitet, sollte wissen: Nicht alle Hoteliers führen mit Herz und Haltung. Manche führen mit Angst – und hoffen, dass man schweigt. Ich schweige nicht.

We enjoyed our stay here. We contacted the hotel and they sent us a google map coordinate so we drove right to the parking lot behind the hotel. Room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived early. Breakfast was great and they will cook you eggs if you inquire. Wife enjoyed the cappuccino each morning. We also received the Appenzellar card the saved us money on train and cable cars.

Sua casa em Appenzell
Hotel é uma graça. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Boas roupas de cama, cafe da manha bem gostoso (não tem tantas opçoes mas tudo de ótima qualidade e sufieicnte para uma ótima refereiçao).
Tem estacionamento o q ajuda muito e as pessoas sào muito amáveis e prontas pra te atender.
Meu unico senao foi pra internet que era bem lenta..

Wonderful hotel
Within walking distance to train station and centrally located to walk and enjoy Appenzell. Breakfast was included which was enjoyable.
