I used this hotel on the first day of the Great Ocean Road, when I moved from Melbourne to Apollo Bay.
I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than other accommodations.
The cleanliness of the room was commensurate with the price, and it felt like a student dormitory. (lol)
Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, and other amenities were all provided, so I personally didn't have any problems (no toothbrushes).
An international call is required to check in, so be careful about that. If you're looking to keep the price down, this is the place for you.

Very good location, very close to the sea, quiet in a pretty neighborhood.
The owner was easy to contact upon our arrival to collect the keys.
The accommodation was a bit run-down, with non-adjustable air conditioning, no toilet paper provided, and the lamp on the terrace didn't work, making it impossible to stay outside at night.
Overall, it's a good, convenient place to spend the night, as the price was quite reasonable.

The owner just asked me on the phone to get the keys.
The rooms are clean and the parking is OK, but you have to go up the stairs. It's almost like no WiFi. You can connect but can't do anything.

Even if you arrive late, you will receive a letter telling you how to enter the room, saying that the door is not locked, the specific location of your stay, and how to check out the next day. The location is very good, less than ten minutes drive from the puffing train, and the house is very cute.

#positive #I was happy with the Room Layout, Hotel Smell, Natural Light in the Room, Room Size, Location; This is a room upstairs in a villa with a balcony, you can see the sea and the sunset, it is very quiet, it has its own parking lot, very convenient

excellent value for money. Only real issue with unit was that the door was difficult to open and needs to be adjusted. For 3 people it was quite spacious.

Very clean, spacious room in a quiet area. Well priced.
But security is poor, they dont give you a key to the front door. Room doors are internal only so if other guests were noisy it would affect you.
No wifi password provided, contact person did not respond to a text. We rang 710 am when power wasnt working and no reply. Had to find the two power boards ourselves and flip the tripped switches.
Two room lights not working.
A little more responsive would help.
