Very clean and new!The Garage apartment is completely private from our main house; however it is attached. There is an outside stair case and entrance. There is sound proof insulation to keep the noise between both spaces private. The garage apartment sits over the garage, so privacy is well maintained. There is also a separate thermostat to control the air or heat in this space.The 2nd bedroom has just enough room for a bunk bed that has a full mattress and a twin. This room is very small- just large enough for the beds . This is not a full bedroom. The door is a privacy curtain.We allow up to two dogs- Not aggressive, Leash required on guest property.
