This quaint unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The 2nd floor has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd floor is a large, open area with a queen sized bed and queen sized daybed. The entrance to the building is a shared entrance with the long-term tenant downstairs. The first floor unit and second floor unit have separately coded entrances once inside the building. Parking is a shared driveway with the tenant below. The tenant below does not have a vehicle, but they may from time to time have a guest parking there.
