Our attic apartment includes an open living room, dining area, and kitchen space to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking full meals or reheating leftovers from your favorite Athens eateries. Enter the space via the outdoor 3 story steps into an office area with a bonus twin bed. The apartment has a tight, practical, fully stocked bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet. Two private bedrooms offer a comfortable and quite place to rest during your stay. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second one has a double bed. The stay offers 2 free onsite parking spaces with nearby paid parking options for an additional car. Note: UCM is a nonprofit not affiliated with the nearby university. Note: There are cameras on the exterior of the building, facing each of the non-apartment entrances, as well as one facing the parking lot. 2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. This tranquil garden suite is below our home with private entrance, kitchenette, laundry and bath. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, electric grill, microwave & kettle. We always have coffee, tea, chocolate, and a bottle of wine for our guests. In the main room there are two beds (queen & twin), a dedicated workspace. TV with Netflix and streaming provided. Outside the yard is surrounded by woods and gardens. We have a fire pit with firewood. Feel free to invite a small group of friends to enjoy the outdoors. The room is large and set up as a studio. The couch is converted into a queen size bed with a 3" memory foam mattress added. Super comfortable. To the side of the bed is a Serta couch that converts to a twin bed, also with 3 inch foam. The attached bathroom is private with an on demand hot water system, so you will never run out of hot water. The kitchenette is in the laundry room. Laundry room is shared for extended stays. The 42" Roku TV has streaming channels with Netflix provided. There is a DVD player with a variety of movies available. A small patio is outside the sliding glass door. The yard is available for you with a fire pit and firewood. All doors in the main room are equipped with a lock. The ceiling is the floorboards of the main floor with some exposed wiring. I try to be quiet, but you may hear some footsteps above. We are less than a 10-minute drive to Ohio University & downtown Athens. Our home sits at the end of a dead-end street in a peaceful wooded setting.
