Nice hotel with convenient access to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and with a nice view on the airport. The breakfast could be better for this type of hotel.

Location is a bit difficult because although there is a regular free shuttle Bus to the airport there is no easy way into the City. So by the time you've seen a show in town, the shuttle Bus has finished and taxis are required. Also it took 45 minutes to check out and they have 50 euros of mine as a deposit - I hope they return it quickly.

The service and amenities were excellent. The hotel's peaceful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding – a definite highlight! I appreciated the free hotel shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which was convenient despite the hotel's location. While public transportation options were rather limited, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travellers seeking a comfortable stay near Amsterdam.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center and found it to be incredibly convenient. The hotel is located just next to the airport terminal, with a covered walkway that makes it easy to access without worrying about the weather. This proximity is perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a great space to relax. The amenities and location of the hotel are outstanding! It’s an easy (and free) shuttle to the airport where you then can take public transport anywhere. Service was fine, but checking in took incredibly long, and despite asking not to have my room cleaned, it was still cleaned during my stay. While not a big deal, if I’d known it was going to be cleaned, I would’ve put valuables away. The second day this wasn’t an issue. So all in all, great stay and I’ll book again next time I’m in Amsterdam!

Stayed here due to flight cancellation. Great staff at check in. Hotel provides free pick up from Schiphol airport but cost €5 from hotel to airport. Room was ok nothing fancy. Coffee machine, kettle, tea & coffee. Very expensive dinner buffet, food looked cold and stale, way too expensive at over €30.

The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient.

There are way better hotels around the airport. We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover. When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel. The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious. The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor. Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them. Parking is available but it's rather expensive. We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm. So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am. So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help. The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café. I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson.

The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the metro station, one stop away from the airport. We are so glad that we chose this airport as we arrived during a cold, windy and rainy night. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Exactly what you need for a good rest after a long flight. However, if you want to use the coffee machine in the morning, test it out when you check in. Ours did not work ! Probably most people don’t use it?!

Yes, it is located in quite a remote location, but it is still convenient to get to with bus 300 or 397. It's just a 1 min walk from the bus stop, and 1 bus stop away from a train station. I'd rather stay here than noisy Amsterdam Central area. It's very much peaceful in the area.
