Bishkek Apartments

We stayed for just one night but had a truly wonderful experience. Check in was pleasant and efficient, facilitated by a young lady named Adnoz (apologies to her if I didn’t spell the name correctly). Thereafter we needed help when I couldn’t reopen the safe locker and also with the TV channels. On both occasions, action was immediate, without having to give reminders. The room was bright, colourful and spacious. But the highlight of our stay - besides the hospitality - was the dinner. We are vegetarians and every dish we ordered was worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant. The food was tasty and bursting with flavour. We are still savouring the Cauliflower steak - perfect in texture and flavour. This is the best food that we have had in our travels. The Menu features the Chef’s credo and philosophy in the first page. The food certainly lived up to it! Service at the restaurant was good and Manager Behruz was a bundle of energy! We wish we had stayed longer and would love to return!

Сам отель очень хорош, как ресторан и как здание. Но персонал, не весь часть, работает ужасно. Официанты не знают страну производства вина, и вес блюд. Повара молодцы, готовят вкусно. Bell boy пришел за чемоданами в номер, оставил их в багажном отделении на первом этаже и никому не сказал. Пришлось выяснять где багаж администратору девушке и тащить их на себе. Попросил воду в номер, принес 4 бутылки, 2 из которых вскрыты, т.е уже кто то пил. Молочко для тела одноразовая маленькая бутылочка и та начатая. Отель якобы 5 звезд, на ресепшен сказали что они комплектуют номер на 1 го человека, я на 2х заказывал. Бронь неделю весела подтвержденная! У вас некому за персоналом следить? У вас их никто не обучает? Останавливались в ожидании стыковочного рейса туда и обратно. Больше не приедем, это 3+ звезды а не 5. Вообщем Мариот, второй раз уже подводит. Внешне все красиво а обслуживание 0. Никогда не поеду в Марриот, для меня это слово ругательное

In general, everything is fine, but there are questions about cleaning, it seems that it only includes changing towels and napkins. If you rent a hotel for a week, then you don’t have to clean the shower, bathroom or toilet 🙈 Plus, the attitude of the staff at the bar in the restaurant is unclear. We specifically agreed and made an extra payment for normal coffee, but as the staff explained to us in the morning, the barista is a person of mood and every day she decides for whom and when she will make coffee, and for whom she will not. For such a hotel, this is of course a very strange position regarding the service for which we paid. Make your own coffee in an automatic coffee machine :/

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

Probably the best hotel in Bishkek, the room is large, well maintained and very clean. The hotel is located on a tree-lined road in the city centre and is convenient for eating around. The hotel is about 60 yuan by taxi to the airport and has convenient transportation. There are many restaurants that go far away, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. It is convenient to eat.

The room is relatively clean, and the bedding is relatively clean, but sometimes Kyrgyzstan does not clean the room every day. If you need it to be cleaned every day, you need to tell the front desk. The hotel is owned by a Chinese owner, and there are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. The hotel breakfast is friendly to Chinese people in the local area, and the overall stay is more comfortable than other hotels. Especially the food. Other hotels opened by foreigners rely on eggs to fill their stomachs every day, but here there are small flower rolls, pickled mustard, porridge, and coarse grains! I will continue to stay.

My assessment of Damas International Hotel Bishkek highlights several deficiencies. notably the toilet closet, fell below expectations due to poor cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, the water kettle exhibited signs of neglect, and amenities such as a refrigerator, iron box, and locker facilities were notably absent. Furthermore, the absence of English or Asian channels on the television was disappointing. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and do not believe it warrants a four-star rating

Beautiful hotel, corresponds to its stars. Everything is very clean, the hotel is accomplished in a pleasant design according to the name . Hotel staff is very polite, warning and friendly . Special thanks to the hotel administration . When leaving rushing , we forgot a wallet with cash - which was immediately made known , and already at home on the other day we got our missing . Thank you , remember and hope to visit the capital of Kyrgyzstan again with such warm and responsive people .

Initially, we planned to stop at the Ambassador Hotel for two weeks, but during the stay the plans changed and we lasted. As a result, we spent almost two months in this hotel. What can you say? This time for the hotel is more than demonstrative. The interior world of the hotel, its life, staff work, leadership - everything becomes visible with an unarmed eye. To say that we were surprised - nothing to say. All our stay has been the best of the hotel. Clean rooms, cleaning, delicious food, cozy atmosphere - all thanks to the staff who worked in good faith and responded to all our requests, which, by the way, were many. As a result, very positive impressions. Staff attention at this hotel at the height. It is a sad story. The hotel was awarded 4 stars, probably on the basis that it has a swimming pool. The rest is God knows what. The location is excellent, under the windows there is an eternal traffic jam and beeps. When settling, they took money for an early check-in. Everything would be fine, but first they settled, and only then they took it. They gave one card for two, and when asked to give a second one, since it’s just normal, but having one card is abnormal and inconvenient, they answered that no, they say, it’s not supposed to. ********. The toilet seat lives separately. The cabin in the shower closes halfway, because the door is simply narrower than the opening, the door to the toilet does not close at all. The air conditioner is noisy but does not ventilate. The refrigerator is just noisy. And the socket in the room is one, hidden behind the refrigerator. In general, do not expect comfort. This harsh Bishkek hotel does not exist for you to relax there, you understand. You have to be in good shape, comrades!
