Having stayed in so many hotels, this design hotel really surprised me! From the moment you step into the lobby, the artistic atmosphere hits your face, the space layout is exquisite, and the details are full of ingenuity. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the facilities are high-end and smart. The service is considerate and thoughtful, making you feel at home. We will come back next time!

Had a great experience at this world class hotel. I especially want to thank Grace that’s manning the check-in counter. As there was some event going on, I wished to in advance purchase some gifts for it to be sent to my relatives in china on a later date. She went the extra mile by sharing her personal wechat contact and helping me to do all the arrangements. Cant thank her enough, but i those we read my review, you can count on her for a world class service experience👍🏼

Excellent breakfast and service. Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well..

The hotel environment is very good. Breakfast is self-service. There is also a laundry room, dryer, and gym. Clothes can be washed directly in the washing machine. You can put a small note on it. After washing, the staff will ask a robot to deliver it to my room. Convenient, the room aunt also kept the room very clean. The room also has guides on recommended places to visit, as well as some delicious Fuqing food. She was super considerate. The lady who checked me in yesterday was also very gentle and beautiful. He greeted me as soon as he entered the door. He was very welcoming. It was a great experience. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, and it is very convenient to eat and drink around. Although the bathroom is a little small, it has a smart toilet, which is good. There are many cars, so the parking space seems insufficient. The breakfast is quite rich, but it may be during the Spring Festival, so there is no powder and noodles. It is a shared restaurant with the hot springs, so you will see many hot spring guests wearing bathrobes and eating in their own extremely comfortable sitting positions. You will also see many young people with tattoos eating with cigarettes in their mouths.

The hotel lobby is grand and magnificent. Chen Jing at the front desk provided thoughtful service and her warm smile made people feel very comfortable. Manager Yang's patient and efficient response made me very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy and they also gave me free fruit. I will come again next time I am on a business trip!!!

This place is quiet and offers spacious parking lot behind the hotel itself. The service was excellent, they would help you collect the laundry as we were washing our clothes late at night. Everything was smooth and not a single complaint when we stayed there!
