It is a beautiful and well kept park with exotic and regional plants and flowers and which has beautiful lanes which goes through the garden to the various separated apartments and down towards the exclusive private sea access.The property can truly be considered a private oasis but yet very close to the center of Ischia Porto and from where any part of Ischia is easily reached. In 10 minutes by foot you find restaurants, shops, grocery shops, rentings of cars, scooters, bikes, and the main bus and taxi station.The private access to the sea is equipped with sunbeds, chairs . There are several platforms going down towards the sea, with reserved private spaces for each apartment (Gelso Nero - Ciliegio-Bouganville) , but it's not a beach.
