Jinjiang Inn (Anyang Railway Station) Reviews

The hotel accepts foreigners. This was my second stay at the hotel - the location is very convenient, especially if you arrive late and/or depart early from Anyang station, as the hotel is right outside the station. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, and public transportation is readily available. The room was clean, large and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was also very kind. Overall, a great option for a good price.

When I walked into my hotel room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk, and they kindly switched me to a different room. Great customer service! Also, they have fresh fruit, which is a plus.

Hotel location is good because its in front of Anyang railway station, but station is noisy a little bit. I need ear plug to sleep. Service is good and room is clean enough. Bathroom is big.

Take the train from Jiaozuo Station to Anyang Station in the evening of 9/10. Anyang Jinjiang Star is on the left hand side of the station facing the road. You can arrive in 5-10 minutes. I arrived in the early morning of 9/11. I took the room card for a non-smoking room, opened the door and quickly closed it. The smell of smoke in the room was very strong. I asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk asked me to check out with Ctrip. I went to look for a room by myself in the middle of the night and was told that the hotel had no rooms, but I disagreed (during this period I showed the front desk the anti-allergy medicine I had brought with me). I said it was okay to let me check out: you'll pay three for one, and you go and tell Ctrip that you didn't arrange a non-smoking room for me. It was Jinjiang Star's fault. During our argument, the hotel's security guy pulled the front desk aside. I asked her if the hotel could help us find a non-smoking room in the Jinjiang Group. After hearing this, the front desk asked us if it was possible. We said it was ok as long as it was non-smoking, so we contacted the nearby Seven Days Hotel chain under the group. First, I went to check out the guest rooms. The non-smoking double rooms were also approved. After returning to Jinjiang Star, I moved my luggage to the Seven Days Inn and was told that the check-in time was three days. I went to Jinjiang Star for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I went to the front desk to get the breakfast coupon for the next day. The front desk said that there was a room again today and asked me to check the room. There was no problem and I moved my luggage back from the 7 Days Inn. I checked 1008 and it was also a double bed room. (The hotel informed us that they would upgrade the room for us). There was no smoke smell, and there were no problems with the faucets, shower heads, and toilet water, so we agreed to move back. When Luoyang security guards and Anyang security guards cooperated with the front desk to deal with emergencies, one of them was making trouble and the other was actively handling them. For us regular visitors to Jinjiang Inn, we welcome the latter's approach and our experience during the next two days of stay was also great. Yes, breakfast is also good.

It is very close to the train station. It is convenient to take the 5 o'clock morning bus directly to the Hongqi Canal Scenic Area. You can return to Anyang by taking the 2 o'clock bus that day. I didn't have breakfast. Another good thing about it is that you can eat it at the hotel at noon and evening. It's hygienic and reasonably priced. There's a big supermarket not far away, so it's convenient to buy anything.

The hotel equipment is older, the TV is smaller, the remote control is difficult to use, and the pillows are relatively short.

It has been an old hotel for more than ten years. The original facilities and decoration are now inferior to "home-like, seven-day-old". It is time to renovate to suit the current situation. The only advantage is that it is in the "Anyang Railway Station Area" and can receive tourists from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreigners. "Foreign Hotel"!

In addition to the large rooms, good hygiene and convenient transportation, this hotel is also very practical. This is my third time staying here. In January this year, we went on an outdoor activity in South Taihang. We arrived in Anyang at 4 a.m. and gathered at 7 a.m. to set off. Five of us came to rest for more than two hours. The front desk saw that there were many of us and specially opened a large room for us. This is why I chose Jinjiang Inn Anyang Railway Station again for this family trip.

The service is very warm and good. The room is very clean. I am very satisfied.

In the morning, my friend took the room card and went to have dinner. There was no electricity card in the room, so the children were left unwashed. The housekeeper was cleaning the next room, and asked her to find an electricity card. She said directly that there was no electricity card, and she was too lazy to call the front desk again. .
