Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

It is a five-star hotel. The service is very good in all aspects. The housekeeper Xiao Chen specially helped to give two breakfasts and hot springs to the four of us who stayed in one room. He also prepared four small gifts. It was very considerate. The room was very quiet. It was also very close to the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, and it was very convenient to take a taxi. The breakfast was also very rich in variety.

A friend recommended this hotel to me when I was planning to travel to Changbai Mountain. After booking the hotel, she also helped me contact Zhao Li, the manager of the hotel's tourism department, and added WeChat to provide us with a very detailed Changbai Mountain travel guide and itinerary. She was very professional and enthusiastic. We had a great time. She recommended us to go to the Edelweiss Deer Training Park, where we fed the elk and ate the local specialties. The hotel is Chinese style and I like it very much. The breakfast is rich, the room is very clean, and the stay is very good. It's a pity that I didn't see Tianchi this time. The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

I forgot to take a photo of the hotel room, but the hotel is very clean! There is a car to pick you up at the high-speed rail station. The hotel has cars to pick you up from the hot springs, ski resorts, and Changbai Mountain, which is really convenient. I only stayed here for one night, but I wanted to go skiing and Changbai Mountain. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to make an itinerary for me. I called the lady and guy at the front desk. While waiting for the car in the hotel lobby, they chatted and recommended food in Erdao Baihe Town. I really like the enthusiasm of the Northeast people! Changbai Mountain High-speed Rail Pick-up Service (book 3 hours in advance): 3 hours of skiing at Hongsongwang Ski Resort.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

The hotel is located in Erdaobaihe Town, about 10 minutes' drive from the high-speed rail station and the north gate of Changbai Mountain, close to Meirensong Park, with a good location and many restaurants and supermarkets around. The room has been newly renovated, the facilities are OK, the hot spring is on the underground first floor, there are not many pools but you can take a dip, the overall cost performance is good.

I was very satisfied with my two-night stay at Yunshui Lanting Hot Spring Hotel. After an 8-hour drive from Xuegu, we arrived at the hotel and checked in quickly. Seeing our family of five, the hotel general manager Ms. Huang readily upgraded our room, provided free breakfast and hot spring experience for the children, and introduced us to the special price rafting with hotel pick-up, which reflects the cheerful, friendly and helpful characteristics of the people in Northeast China. The winter in Changbai Mountain is so cold. After rafting, we went to Edelweiss and Merganser Park for a walk, but the wind was very strong and we were frozen. We went back to the hotel and soaked in an outdoor hot spring, which felt great. There are barbecue and iron pot stew restaurants next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating. During the three days in Changbai Mountain, Tianchi was not open due to the weather, so we did not go to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It was a pity. If I come to Changbai Mountain again in the future, I will stay at Lanting Hotel again. When leaving, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a drop-off service for the Changbai Mountain High-speed Railway, which put a complete end to our Changbai Mountain trip. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, and some facilities are relatively old and need to be improved. It is really hot in the elevator! Pros: Convenient for transportation and dining. There is a station right outside, so it is easy to take a taxi. It is close to everything and there are many restaurants nearby. You can walk there in two steps. The family room is very large and has a large balcony, which is enough for children to play. The garden outside the restaurant and the hot spring on the top floor are very good. I would go to the garden every night and look up to see the swimming pool on the top floor. It is also good to go upstairs to soak in the hot spring when you are tired after playing or the children don’t want to go out. 6
