Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

Very low value for money! The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! ! The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked. Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste. There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable.
