Hotel, very well located very close to the best beach in Cap d’Antibes and from starting point of the path “Arbre Sentier”. Hotel is small, around 15 rooms, family managed, and this is good. Unfortunately room and bathroom are quite small, and worse thing you can heard what happens in the close room. Service is very good, cleaning service is perfect. Price is quite high but you’re paying to stay in Cap d’Antibes in a very good location, for the structure and amenities pice should be lower. Perfect for short visit.

The Hotel is an Excellent Option for those visiting the area. Antibes is a beautiful place and the Hotel has access to the beach. A separate paragraph for the personal attention received. Really grateful for how attentive, cordial and deferential they were with us. The Hotel is very nice, It has very livable terraces. The rooms are small but comfortable. Ours had a small balcony with a side view of the sea.

The hotel location is excellent, right by the beach with good beach restaurants. The staff are delightful, very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are small but well apportioned , recently refurbished to a good quality. Would definitely recommend, and excellent value for money.

The proximity to the small beach was a key factor in booking, but we found a spotlessly clean, modern hotel run by very courteous, friendly owners. The breakfast is plentiful: good pastries, even freshly baked cakes! I really enjoyed the stewed tomatoes Provencal style. It is nice to be able to sit on the open terrace. There is parking in front of the house, and even the option to charge an electric car. Thank you! We would love to come back!

Even though I had paid when booking on Booking...the hotel owner insisted on making me pay again when checking out...claiming that he had not received any payment from Booking.com...which GUILTYLY did not allow me had sent no receipt of the payment already made...therefore having not received any proof of the payment made already a week before...I had to pay a second time!! ALMOST A MONTH HAS PASSED SINCE THE END OF THE STAY...BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND NEITHER FROM THE HOTEL...NOR FROM BOOKING.COM...WHICH "BALLOW" THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED...THE AGAINST EACH OTHER!! BUT NO ONE WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! I requested a refund from *********** on August 28th...but still without any success!! THE LAST RESPONSE TO MY NTH REQUEST WAS THAT I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST A MONTH!! WHO KNOWS WHEN.... AND IF... THEY WILL REFUND ME WHAT THEY WROUGHT ME TO PAY!!
