Wow! What a spectacular place! From the incredible views to the delicious food and attentive staff, everything about this hotel is magical. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind for a few days before heading to the Olympics and we can't wait to return!

We spent a magical 9 days in this beautiful hotel. The grounds are wonderful for a stroll, and the pool next to the sea is stunning. The room exuded a warm, comfortable charm, and the bed was very comfortable. What is outstanding is the staff, and this is what makes this establishment excellent. Every one of them makes an effort to contribute to the comfort and well-being of the guests. The food is excellent: we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace of the main building, had lunch at the gazebo by the shore( Thank-you, Giovanni and staff!) Dinner at the Grill was a relaxed affair,and the al-fresco atmosphere at "Giovanni's" was a beautiful experience. Yes,this hotel comes with a hefty price tag, however it has been the most outstanding experience in our many travels around the world.

Very snobish attitude towards visitors. For sure will not return there. We came from far to visit this hotel and were very dissapointed about this discriminating attitude. The stuff however did not seem to care about it all. A pleasant place is not only about luxury but also about attitude.

Gorgeous property, good service HOWEVER I do not know what has happened with food and beverage. I am staying for 5 nights, currently on my last night and have had issues every single day with the food and sent so many meals back as they have tasted so bad I could not eat it. The only food here that has tasted great is the breakfast and they have amazing crepes with Nutella. We are here to celebrate my 30th birthday and ordered a cake a month in advance we sent pictures of what I wanted and what flavour and asked them to bring it out at breakfast, they then brought out a cake that looked nothing like what we asked for and then when we tried it, it was not the flavour we asked for and tasted terrible. They then said they would try to sort one out for the next day, but I have not received or heard anything to even let me know they could not get one. On the morning of my birthday they forgot my breakfast and by the time my food came out my husband had finished his, so I ate my birthday breakfast by myself. They did not leave me one birthday amenity apart from a postcard from house keeping. Despite the fact we have told them multiple times we do not drink they have left a bottle of alcohol in our room as an apology. I am honestly so disappointed and shocked as I absolutely love oetker collection and stay at their other properties regularly, with the reputation of hotel du cap I really expected this to be the best one and whilst the property is gorgeous the stay has been ruined with all the awful food and mistakes. I am hoping they do something about this as if the food was good we would of returned multiple times a year.

We went to the hotel rooftop bar for cocktails before a dinner to calabrate a friend's birthday. It is truly a stunning hotel and the cocktails and service were fantastic. The view is second to none, if you can't afford to stay here, go for a cocktail, you won't regret it!
