Booked this hotel for 1 night through trip.com and very satisfied with the booking. I was a little early on arrival, but the reception was not difficult at all and was very hospitable. The massage, hammam, sauna and swimming pool was a magical experience and also gets a big 10! In particular the Indonesian masseuse was very friendly and professional. Her female Turkish colleague (I think managerial position) was very catty and unable to communicate. I am always used in a hotel to pay at the reception at the end, but this lady yelled at me in poor English to pay. When I told her I didn't have any money on me, her tone changed and she became a monster, which scared me. I explained to the lady that I will pay at the reception, but she did not accept. When I took money from my hotel room and wanted to pay the lady, she told me that I had to pay in Turkish Lira, while a separate price list stated in euros. I also pointed out that the information booklet lacks a price list and that this is required by law. I complained to the reception about this incident, but I suspected that nothing was done about it! Too bad because this lady has ruined my evening and night! Massage in this hotel so never again!!

An amazing hotel with such lovely staff. The food was delicious, facilities clean, and a lot of things to do. They really went the extra mile for me and my friend, they even decorated to room for her birthday, will definitely be returning!!

The room was spacious and super clean for the price we paid. There was a big jacuzzi and balcony with a nice view in our room. They also have sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was super delicious and had many Turkish delights. The staff were super friendly . We ended up extending our stay. I highly recommend the hotel. 10 out of 10

Reasonable cost against location and View. They put me in wrong room then corrected in 30 minutes. Service is good. Staff corporative. Miner issues We faced : - Balcony Sound proofing issue - slow elevator - breakfast has no much variety - No tissue box in room Despite these miner issues. Everything is ok and I recommend this place for staying as far as you dont miss sea view. Note: As usual in Turkey, staff English not that good. One staff name Yaseen has good English.

Simple and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant. Not all equipment works correctly. One air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

We stayed overnight at the hotel before departure, since the hotel is located near the airport, we got there by taxi in about 15 minutes, there is an outdoor pool on site, the room is very modest, like the hotel itself, but cozy and clean

A wonderful hotel located in the Old Town - convenient location. The hotel itself is located in an ancient building; authentic doors, windows, and handles have been preserved. We lived on the second floor. Although the room seems cramped, it has everything you need - a bed, shower, toilet, minibar. If you wish, you can order a Turkish breakfast and visit the local minibar in the evening. We lived with a cat. There is a small surcharge for pets, I paid 160 liras per night. I'll come here again.)
