We stayed 3 nights at a family room with balcony. The balcony is quite small, it’s only enough for two chairs.
We had tv problem and light bulb (not waiting on) on the first night and the staff tried to address it quickly. They gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience, which was kind.
The air con is very powerful! Perfect for summer weather!
Location is convenient, 7 mins walk from the tram station. And located at the Main Street.
Access to the toilet has some steps, so this might not be convenient for elderly or people with access problem.
We had power cut on night 2 and night 3, we think it was the hotel kettle. Their reception only open until 1900, so we had to sort it out ourselves.

Если вы добираетесь на общественном транспорте то ОЧЕНЬ рядом все остановки( и автобус и трамвай).Встретили на стойке регистрации дружелюбно. Заселили быстро. Номер очень чистый , с балконом. Из принадлежностей только мыло в диспенсере , тапочки одноразовые, полотенца и банное и для рук. Постельное белье идеальное (перед этим были в 5*, оставляет желать лучшего). Матрас жестковат , но для меня он был как раз что надо , даже похож на ортопедический. Была проблема с чайником (выбивало пробки при включении), но все быстро решили -чайник заменили. Готовить еду не предусмотрено. За углом есть дешевая столовая, где можно вкусно и дешево покушать. Если будет необходимость , то вернемся однозначно.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Спасибо!!!

Отель крутой, но круче него хозяин. Полное доверие и самоотдача своим гостям. На любой вопрос отвечали если были, напрямую или через ватсап. В номере чисто, матрац новый без клещей (у меня на них алергия) , подушки ортопедические, отлично справляется кондиционер с температурой в комнате, вода горячая постоянно (единственное нужно немного пролить ее, это для тех кто не знает), доступ к вайфаю, бар во дворе и конечно же расположение) за отелем отличная кофейня U1 по ценам очень дешевая, отличная бургерная, а перед отелем в шаговой действитедьно доступности все достопримечательности (захотели вышли в старый город через арку, захотели сели на тоамвай и на пляж Каньялты). Вобщем мне очень все понравилось если приеду буду сниматьдилье только здесь ) советую бе зазрений совести.

The hotel itself and the room are nice. They match the photos exactly.
But there was almost never anyone at the reception.
Although the description says 24-hour.
The hardest part was getting there early in the morning.
When booking, I left a comment that we were arriving in the city at 7 am and needed the ability to leave our suitcases before check-in. I received a strange automatic response that the option would be clear upon arrival.
As a result, at 7 am, no one answered either the calls, or the knock on the door, or the phone. The service did not handle calls at all. Only at 8 did I get through on the phone and they told me that at 9.30 people would show up at the reception and be able to help us.
At 9.30, there was no one at the reception. The door was opened by the laundrymen who were leaving and they said that the reception was open from 11. We left our suitcases and a note and went for a walk. At 11, they called me from the reception and confirmed that they had seen the suitcases...
Further, over the course of 6 days, people were seen at the reception 3-4 times at different times.
The room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay. We put the trash outside the door ourselves.
Other than that, we liked the interiors. The bed linen was nice and clean.

Staff were nice and friendly. Located really well and near many places. Always clean. What impressed me most was their laundry service. They just charged me a small amount for one load of washing. They folded it and left it at my door. The room was excellent and good value for money.

The facility was of very high quality. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, air conditioning, refrigerator ***et was good. Cleanliness was adequate, staff was warm and reassuring. Therefore, we received a service worth the money we paid. Thank you very much.
The only drawback was that there was no safe/safe in the room or at the reception. I hope they will fix this deficiency in our next stay.
