The staff here are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They treated us with respect and were happy to help us, explain the local area and took their time to chat to us. Shevket in particular was brilliant with us and treated us extremely well. The hotel itself was very modern. Our room was extremely clean (including the hot tub and the terrace). The food is maybe a little too expensive, but this is expected in a hotel. The location is okay with a 15 minute shuttle bus to larena beach at selected times, which could be considered as a con. However, we only went there once. Would overall highly recommend.

Extrem Freundlich und Hilfsbereit
Kam verspätet an, haben mich schon erwartet, eine Mail geschrieben und nachgefragt wo ich sei.
Mit den Koffer geholfen, auf Wunsch Essen organisiert und Upgrade bekommen umsonst.
Personal war unglaublich freundlich und Transport zum Flughafen war pünktlich organisiert. Top! Vielen Dank dafür.

Godt tilfreds.
Vi tjekke ind kort før midnat. Det var intet problem. Vi blev tjekket ind og vist op på værelset og fik alt forklaret på engelsk. Værelset var rent og levede op til billederne. Der var en ekstra seng og det var helt okay.
