Ale Apartments Hotel

We stayed in these apartments for 6 nights, at the end of August 2024. You probably need to write in advance before check-in, it may turn out that no one will meet you, we arrived in the evening, and that's what happened. But there is a number at the entrance that you can call and they quickly checked us in. The location is good, about 10 minutes to the sea, no rush. Grocery stores nearby. The apartments are more or less good, a kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom, a balcony with a dryer, there is a stove, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine. And there is a big BUT... (as already written in the reviews) - there are no household cleaning products, - there are no cleaning accessories, rags, sponges, etc. (everything is sold in large bottles and packages) - for the three of us there were two plates and two large spoons, three cups, different knives, but nothing to cut on, (it is obvious that the entire tabletop is cut up, which is very sad) and thank you at least for three frying pans (two of them are of excellent quality), there are no pots, in general, if you are going to cook for a long time, then you will have to beg for everything, I don’t know if they will give it to you or not... they gave us a plate and a spoon.😃 In general, from experience, the owners leave powder and detergents from previous guests and even some food products, like spices, sauces, oil, and here there was not even salt, and everything is sold in kilogram packages... well, in general, I wrote it as it is, draw your own conclusions.

Ground (ground floor) is cold even in warm autumn, and the third one has air conditioners, from which there is an unpleasant smell, it is impossible to stay on for a long time. The room is completely visible in the evening (windows are level with the ground), as are the rooms on the 1st floor. For this reason, the blinds on the windows were kept closed, it felt as if there were no windows at all. Wi-Fi is just a name, the maximum was enough to download messages from WhatsApp, it is impossible to work. A mosque across the house, it screams so loudly that I could not get used to it.

Забронировали апартаменты заранее через букинг, так как карта visa не работает, выбрали оплату на месте. В день приезда я заранее позвонила и объяснила хозяину, что мы в пути, еще раз напомнила о том, что оплатим на месте наличными, он подтвердил и сказал, что ждет нас. В итоге, когда приехали, его на месте не было, сидела девушка администратор и сказал, что бронь снята. Мы после дороги, с 2 детьми, букинг в Турции не работает... Стали связываться с хозяином, но внятного объяснения поступку не было. Нам предложили заселиться в цокольный этаж в их соседних апартах на ночь, а на следующий день сказали, что на этаж выше будут свободны апарты на наш срок. Итак, мы согласились, переночевали ночь в цокольном этаже, дождались следующего дня, чтобы перейти на этаж выше...и нам говорят, что их уже нет, они их сдали, пока мы якобы думали, хотя мы сказали, что согласны. Как итог, пришел потом хозяин в очках и запахом перегара и сказал покинуть его апарты через час, вот так. Если не хотите потратить нервы, не рекомендую ни в коем случае, хозяин не отвечает за свои слова и ваша бронь может обнулиться. Он - полный неадекват!
